Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I was expecting a thicker tight, but these will do. Not a super thick tight so I wouldn't wear these without a shirt or sweater that covers my bottom. They are a good base layer thickness. Small fits well, I am typically a 27 in jeans. I have long legs so length is often an issue for me but these are long enough!

These mitts are pretty warm, although on those really cold days (down in the -30) range you might want a warmer mitt. The wool on the inside is a nice feature - keeps the stink down, hands dry and warm. They fit nicely under the sleeve cuff and don't leave your wrist cold.
Only down side is there is no soft fabric to wipe your nose on. :(

If your looking for a fitted shell, this is not the jacket. If you are looking for a durable shell for skiing with lots of pockets and the ability to fit many layers underneath, then this is the right jacket. Often I am a size medium in women's jackets and sweaters, but for this jacket I had to go with a small. I am 5'6'' and 130 lbs with long arms and this jacket fits wonderfully. The collar is really high and covers the face well and the hood fits over a helmet. I spend five days a week on the mountain with this jacket and it hasn't let me down yet!!
