Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought this for my girlfriend to help alleviate cramping/pain she was getting from traditional straps. It worked well for this and she can ride hard all day with no discomfort.
However, it takes a lot of time and adjusting at the top of every run to get them tight. The easy-entry back does not work for her, she cannot get her foot out or back in with the binding tight enough to ride in. Furthermore, when she adjusts the straps for each run she needs to loosen both sides and then tighten both sides at the same time to prevent one side of her foot being squished.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Bought this for xc biking this fall. I've only gotten it out a couple times so I can't speak to the durability, but if it's anything like my other osprey pack it'll last forever. The size is just right for what I wanted...I can synch it down small with just a tube & water for a quick afternoon ride or I can fit a first aid kit, food, an extra layer and whatever else I may need for an all-day ride. It fits me great and I love the magnetic clip for the water hose, I can take a drink hands free.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm going on my fourth season with these (probably about 300 days on them) and I've finally started to notice a little wear in one thumb. Before owning these gloves I had yet to get more than one season out of a glove. They have kept my hands warm and dry in all but the wettest conditions. On really cold days, say below 10 F, I wear an additional thin glove liner. I keep the leather oiled regularly and spray the backs with fabric waterproofing. When it comes time to buy a new pair of gloves I plan on getting another pair.

I bought these mits for my girlfriend two seasons ago. She loved the look, the cuff and the wrist lanyards. Unfortunately the leather saturates with water easily and results in cold wet hands. I found this odd because I have the hestra heli gloves and have never had this issue. We both apply leather oil to the gloves regularly.

Love this tent, the vertical sides make the most of its' footprint and the mesh walls are great for sleeping under the stars. The two vestibules are plenty large enough for your packs. Someone mentioned it before in a review but I feel it's worth mentioning again.....super easy to set-up once you get the hang of it, so practice in your back-yard two or three times and you'll find the first wilderness set-up of the tent much easier.
