Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

What else is there to say about Chacos that hasn't already been said? I wore these for the first time on a river trip in southern Utah that went terribly wrong... flipped raft that sent us all down four class III and IV rapids raftless... when we were rescued, Keens had been ripped off people's feet, but my Chacos were still on! Definitely break these in on short walks before wearing them on a two hour hike though... or else you'll get about 5 gnarly blisters on each foot. Incredibly sturdy and comfortable though!

This sleeping pad is bulky and takes a while to blow up, but IT IS SO WORTH IT! If you are car camping, this is definitely the pad to bring. It seriously feels like you're sleeping on memory foam. I would definitely not recommend it for ultralight backpacking... for very obvious reasons, but if you have the space for it, use this pad.

I got these mainly for workouts during the late winter/early spring when it's too hot to wear pants and too cold to wear shorts. They were exactly what I needed. They are very comfortable, not too thin, not too thick. They look sleek and not so fabric-y. I usually wear them for workouts, but sometimes for layering. I will probably buy a few more pairs since I wear them so often.

I got this in the gray and orange and love them! I use them mostly for gym and crossfit workouts and I never feel like they get soaked or stick to my body no matter how much I sweat. They are incredibly comfortable and don't stink up. I'm thinking about buying more for whenever these eventually wear out.

I got this bag after purchasing a different Sierra Designs bag. Don't remember which one it was but it had a significantly higher fill count but this one is SO much more comfortable. I used it while camping on the beach in 50 degree weather and it was great to unzip and use as a blanket. The only problem was that it didn't unzip all the way so I couldn't completely open it up for the two of us, but I did know that would be the case beforehand. It's a great bag and I am excited to use it for backpacking this summer!

Can't go wrong with Camelbak

I've used this about 5 times so far this spring and I LOVE it! I fill it to the brim with ice and water and it's light and comfy enough that I forget it's on my back. I do wish there was a little cover for the end of the valve so when you take it off and set it down, you aren't sucking on dirt when you use it again. The pocket is just big enough for my phone and some chapstick. Great for day hikes or bike rides

I finally got a chance to use my buff when I went snowboarding up at Targhee for some spring riding. The weather was perfect, about 30-35 degrees, and the buff was perfect for keep my face warm but not hot while coming down the runs. It was tight enough to stay up over my nose, thin enough to tuck under the edge of my goggles, and surprisingly breathable. I got the temple design and I love it. I doubt it would be that useful in cold conditions, obviously because it is so thin but for spring skiing, it is perfect.

I got this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it! She really likes how soft it is even after washing it. It is very warm, comfortable, and extremely light weight. She told me to get her a couple more, but we'll see about that.

I bought this specifically for running and it's great! I love the pocket in the back and the color. My only complaint (mostly my fault) is that I don't have the right size. I overestimated my ability to fit into an XS and by the time I got it and realized I needed a Small, they were sold out. I still wear it and it fits, but it's a little tight so it rides up a tiny bit as I run.

I originally bought this in XS, but the Small fit much better. It is a little tight up top, and looser on the bottom, which is fine because it's stretchy, but considering I am not big up top, I wouldn't think it'd fit that way.. I still love it. Great, high quality material, incredibly comfortable, and super cute.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I got this just for workouts, obviously, and I really like it. I love the color and the pocket on the back. I plan on wearing it for my half marathon this weekend and keeping my Gu shot back there. I am 5'6" 130 lbs and got the XS. I should have gotten the Small, but a lot of the stuff I have been getting from backcountry.com has fit perfectly in XS. It is long enough, but because it is so tight on top and looser on the bottom, it rides up a little bit when I run. Not enough to show my stomach but enough to have to pull it down every so often. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I also like that the back crosses. I feel like there is more support that way.

If you couldn't tell by my rating and title... I LOVE THESE! I got the Jade color and they are soooo cute! And useful. I work in a hotel lobby in Park City and with the doors opening all day long, it can get ridiculously cold in there. I wear these under my slacks and it helps a ton. I have used them to layer while skiing and same thing. Kept me warm. They aren't too thin, aren't too thick, great color, and way less expensive than, say, North Face or something. I am 5'6", 130 lbs. and I got the Small. They fit great, are just a tiny bit long though but nothing that is any big deal at all. I would suggest though, if you are deciding between two sizes, go with the smaller one. I wear these for layering just about every day and will probably be buying more for when I wear these out.

I have only worn this a couple times, but I absolutely love it! It was PERFECT for playing ice hockey on a pond, when the temp was about 15 degrees. I just had underarmour underneath it and it kept me warm but not too warm. It's super cute and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only thing I don't like that much about it is that the hood is really bulky and even when I pull it up over my head, it is about five times bigger than it needs to be (and I'm pretty sure I have an average sized head). That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The material seems to be pretty high quality and it's nice and thick. I love the zip-up pockets as well. I am 5'6", 130 lbs., 26" waist, and the XS fit perfectly. I am even thinking about buying it in the true black heather...

I put quite a lot of thought into buying gloves for this season, probably more than necessary, but I was willing to spend a decent amount of money on good gloves. I always get way colder than everyone else while skiing and my gloves I had definitely were not warm enough. I have used these twice. The first time I was out snowboarding for about 4 hours in about 15 degree weather and only for the last half hour were my fingers a tiny bit cold, but not bad. The second time I was out skiing for just 3 hours and it was about 25 degrees and my hands actually got a little too warm. I love the zippers because all I had to do was unzip it for a couple runs to cool my hands off a bit. I was pretty happy about the fact that I could use my iPhone with the liner (I unzipped the side of the glove and stuck my fingers out to send a text, answer phone call, change music, etc. and I didn't have to take the entire glove off). I mean, you do have to pull the liner tight on your finger and texting isn't really easy, but it's better than taking the glove off. My one major complaint is the the glove is not longer. I am constantly having to un-velcro my jacket sleeve and pull it over my glove again. I want to give it 2 stars because that gets pretty annoying, but they're such great gloves I still gave them 4. Oh and I would like them a little better if they had a mitten liner instead of finger.

I really like these running shorts. Thin enough that I don't get too warm while running, but thick enough that you can't see right through them. It would be nice if the pockets were functional though. I can fit chapstick in there and a key, but there is no zipper or anything so I am paranoid my key will fall out while running, plus I can't even fit a gu shot in there (high on my priority list for running shorts). Those are the reasons for the 3 stars instead of 5.

I absolutely love this jacket! It is so comfortable and soft. It?s thick and good enough to keep me warm, but I can still move. It?s not restricting at all. The color and style are so cute ? it goes with everything! I like that it has a hood, but the design of the jacket makes it so the hood isn?t annoying when I?m not wearing it. It?s also really great because it has the cute little notches to close the coat, but it also had buttons so it really stays closed. I wouldn?t mind if the jacket had a zipper instead, but other than that, it?s great!
