Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have both the small and large sizes. They are very efficient at packing gear in when you use their cinch straps. Will keep your gear dry as long as you don't throw the bag in the river, and even then you might get your gear out dry and undamaged. The bags are made out of a tough material which I'm not worried about ripping. Even though the bag is expensive, you will never have to replace it, which makes it more than worth the cost.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size

Picked this up when it was on sale. You won't be disappointed in the water shedding capabilities of this jacket, and it has nice zipper vents close to the arm pits. The velcro cuffs around the wrist don't work very well but it's not a huge problem. I found my sleeves to be pretty long so my hands could retract into the sleeves and stay dry. It could maybe use another pocket or two.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share

Got it for a friend on his Birthday. Convenient way to go mobile and still have what you need.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: True to size

Jump on these gloves while they're less than $30. Even at full price I would still buy them. The gloves cinch down real tight around my wrist and gloves are warm.

First impression was that it was the perfect shirt that I wanted, otherwise I wouldn't have dropped 90 bucks on it. The shirt is stylish enough that I want to wear it around even when I'm not hiking or traveling. I recently went around europe and this was my only long sleeve and it performed great. It can perform hiking in the alps and at night in Vienna. My only complaint, and also a huge disappointment is that very quickly a spot developed around my upper back where the die ran so it looks like I permanently have a sweaty back. I hope this is just an error with mine but it is extremely disappointing to have this happen on a shirt I spent 90 dollars on. I would still recommend the shirt because I wouldn't count on the same thing happening to another but be wary.
