I skied on the Anti Piste for 3 days (two in the backcountry and one at a resort). I would love to get an Anti Piste for a quiver ski. In the powder it was one of the funnest skis I have ever tried. Off the powder I felt the ski was a bit too noodley and unresponsive. Even in the wind crusted powder or variable snow the ski didn't perform nearly as well as my Miras. It was also a tad heavy for long tours.

They aren't really pants, these are tights. Other than the semantic mix-up these things are awesome. Simple pants that are equally at home layering or worn alone for aerobic pursuits. The R1 fabric is a nice weight and breaths really well. I also feel it’s insulation-to-thickness ratio is unsurpassed. Unless you want to be fashionable, these pants (er...tights) are really sweet.

A tad pricey for something that doesn't seem any thicker than a t-shirt, but it is totally worth it. It is so light that I take it and wear it everywhere. It blocks both wind precipitation, so it is always good insurance on a spring and fall climbs. It is also perfect for hiking in the backcountry because it is so breathable. The material is totally durable, and it is even pretty good-looking for post-adventure activities.
