I've gone through two BCA packs. I used my first one about 3 years, fairly satisfied. I bought a brand new Stash pack about a month ago. The very first day I used it, I filled up the bladder and it leaked out onto all my gear in my bag during the course of the day (camera included). BCA took care of this and sent out a new, functional bladder.
Within the first 2 weeks of use (so about 5 or 6 uses), a side buckle became completely unstitched and rendered the side ski-carry useless. The next use, the cable that holds the diagonal ski carry snapped in half. This was a brand new pack, and I can already see other stitching coming apart.
Even more, BCA has not since even responded to this issue after contacting their warranty department. Essentially, I bought a pack specifically for backcountry skiing that doesn't currently have the capability to even carry a set of skis - I've got an overweight, overpriced Camelbak.
