Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size

This is the sock. BEST in my drawer.
i love these socks!
I don't loose one. and have a miss matched.
this is the go to.
i have a very low volume foot and these keep them warm. I feel i have good contact with the boot and they have held up well. compression for my size 8 foot is great with the M size. I love this sock

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I had the Vantage for years and always felt it was just a little large. this year i want with the varence and i am so happy i did so.

1) just enough venting - i don't get cold and can use vents to cool down. - big difference is that the variance only has one adjuster unlike the vantage that has 2. (but i do not feel it makes that big of a difference.) -20c to 10c and i was comfortable.

2) fit. my head is right between a small and a medium. (22 inches) when i got the Variance i went with a small and i am happy i did. it fits more soundly. feels more secure. chin strap fits better (less excess strap hanging down)

3) dislike. I do not care for the fabric of the ear covers. that is all. function is fine. just don't like it. but it wont stop me from wearing it.

4) dislike #2 the adjuster seems to not want to play nice all the time. took some time to figure it out. it is not user friendly out of the box (over twisting will have this result) but after playing with it a little it seems to work fine.

5) last but not least., I like the lower profile in the back. I have small shoulders (size 15.5 x 32 dress shirt). I don't look so much like MR Potato head. BUT..... the rise in the back does expose some neck to above the hair line (right below the bump / indentation on the lower skull) this may cause some issues for some.

solid chair, for sure low to the ground but It worked great fro me (5'9")

GREAT NEWS! The bag that comes with it can hold up to 10 canned beers when packed with the chair. (not including the outside holding pouch) (if you don't mind drinking king of cool beers after a while)

and I would never recommend sneaking beers into any event!

Wow!

great pants! I was shocked how great theses are. they stand up to just about everything. They have great range movement. The cut make them very comfortable. I have worn them in every condition your can think to put them trough. they are my "go to" paint for any condition. If you are hiking in cooler temps (fall or early spring) or just going around town.

here is the deal with size. I am 5'9" 145lbs. I wear between a 30" x 31" but i want with a 32"x 32" and i am happy I did. they are the BEST fitting pants I have ever owned!

I am 5"9 145. I bought the 167". These were my first fat ski so I do not have a lot to compare them to.

I love these skis. they are super light. My only recommendation would be, I wish i had gone one size bigger.

They ride groomers nicely due to the small rocker. work well in glades and of course they float in prowler.

All in all. Good All Mountain ski.

I am 5'9" 145lbs. these polls are very light and work well.

But, the only issue I could fine with them is that the baskets are small. If you are on the East Coast you will be fine, but in podwer you may want a larger basket.

all in all. They have worker well so far

I got this bag to pack everything I needed on a trip and not cause extra baggage fees!

I got the 170 bag. I ride 170 Volkl’s – they fit fine with about 1” at the top. Don’t be fooled by the pockets at the top and bottom. They look like they will hold boots. Sadly they are just not deep enough. But with that said my boots do fit inside the bag with nice room to spare for your gear (coat paints, gloves. Etc….) Rollers are big and strong. Construction is top notch. As would be expected from Dakine. There is an internal pad (on the bottom half) with Velcro -but there is no way to attach the ski’s inside the bag. This would make a nice addition.

All in all – good bag! Lots of room, don’t know how you would get 2 pair of skis and boots in it but where there is a will there is a way!

great jacket ! i am a smaller guy - only 140lbs - and 5'9" - i got a "M" in red - and man - it is bright! but in a good way- i am a little concerned about it being to big - but i think i am going to say with teh size i got so i can layer if needed!

construction of the jacket is top quality! to powder skirt fits my waist perfict on the second snap - and i have a 30" wasit. sleves are a little long - but velcro makes them fit well.
