Tons of space in this thing. This last season I was able to make multiple trips with boots, helmet, good amount of ski clothes and the rest of my gear between this bag and a one ski bag. This guy fits carry-on size requirements as well so you don't get reemed by the airlines. Waterproof bottom compartment lets snow melt drain out and keeps all the rest of your gear dry at the same time. Even if you're not traveling this would still be my highest recommendation for a bag based just on the durability and space. And, its a freakin' steal at under $70.

Does it all!

Buy it. This little guy does it all. Light, compact, fits well, VERY water resistant, unreal breathability and durability. I am 5'10/ 5"11" and went with the medium. Great mid layer or exterior for not so bad days. Hood is not big enough for a larger helmet but fits snugly without one. Classy for sledding too. So Go. Now. Do it. Buy it. Why are you still here. Go outside.

Insanely bomber gear.

Recently went all out and picked up the Lofoten jacket and pants and could not be happier with my selection. Starting with the fit... I'm a very athletic build 5'10"/ 5'11" and these are cut almost perfectly for me in the small size; not too baggy but still allowing for complete range of motion wherever I need. The zip in capabilities between the pant and jacket are priceless in the deep and also provide for a huge variety of options for the varying conditions while still allowing for the needed mobility. The durability is also excellent. I thrash the trees on the regular typically taking very tight lines and coming in contact with lots of branches, other than a a few dirty smudges the Lofoten has deflected everything I've thrown at it so far. Top pockets are very roomy and the vents are super functional, as well as being easy to reach with gloved hands. The hood is very roomy and adjustable and big enough to go over a helmet. The only small gripe I have is that the central zipper frequently snags while trying to zip up; minor. Overall, the jacket is light, bombproof, easy to see, and super functional. The only thing that makes it better is combining it with the bib pant.
