Familiarity: I've used it several times
This rope makes a good beginner rope for canyoneering that can do double duty as a top rope. There's a fair bit of stretch and bounce on long rappels, but the same quality will take the kick out of a top rope fall. The sheath seems to wear quickly, but I don't have enough experience with other ropes to judge.
Seasoned canyoneers will probably want to go with a faster, burlier, lighter 8mm static and experienced climbers will probably want a dynamic rope capable of taking a lead fall.
For beginners getting into the canyons and into TR, this is a decent, inexpensive, good looking first rope.
