i have had this bag for over 5 years and beat it up and it's still doing great. as far as it being a granny bag you can't do much with, i would argue against that point. i used it as my primary backpack when trekking through peru for 3 weeks and it held up great. yes, very minimalist, but bulletproof and user friendly non the less. it's been on every trip i have been on for the past 5 years and i travel extensively for work. i use it every day when at home as it carries my "just in case" items perfectly. the bag feels like an extension of me now. it also packs down to nothing in your carry on or check in luggage so it's great to have in cities when you are going to go out get food but don't want grocery bags. it's a perfect 365 day a year bag for me. i have never gotten so much bang for my buck with any bag as i have had with this one. i would give it 10 stars if i could.

honestly, this is the BEST pillow out there. i am pretty finicky about pillows, what can i say, i am a fan of comfort. i am also a fan of getting a great nights rest after a day of madness so... yeah, lightweight, small pack down size, and just right kinda size under your melon. you can easily adjust the firmness with the little valve as you are laying down on it too which is really cool if you like it firm or mushy. all in all, i refuse to travel, camp, backpack, dual sport, or do anything without this pillow. it is now as valuable to me as my water bottle. nemo makes the best stuff, i have 3 of their tents as well, obi-1, losi-2, and losi-storm-3(for when the lady and the dog want to hang out). best 40$ you can spend really... thanks nemo!!!

i got these for my lady's birthday, she is a marathon and trail runner, so now she can get just as sweaty on the snow too. she loves them, they really mimic the motion of her foot stride so hats off to tubbs for the new innovation. just a fyi, these aren't the ones we use for deep pow though, these are just for hard pack and a minimal amount of new snow. plus backcountry has amazing service so, no brainer across the board.

super durable, decently tactile, and very very warm. i got these for doing work around the house in the snow and cold after reading a backcountry email about thises and one of their pro skier dudes recommending them. i took the bait and am grateful i did. been using them splitting/stacking wood, snow shoveling, and other honey do's. and riding the motorcycle around a bit too. i am really happy with them, they fit true to size for me which is great, i have long fingers but skinny hands so glove fit is kinda tough for me, but not with these. the gloves are really warm so if it's not cold out, your piggies are going to get extra hot in there. well worth the cash. thanks backcountry for a great rec.

i got these and sadly sent them back. in the photos they are perfect for what i wanted and looked great.
in real life they looked great too, so that was a bonus. the bummer was when i put them on, they were really flimsy feeling from the ankle up, almost like i was wearing a converse lowtop type of feel, just nothing there, even when laced up super tight. i wasn't looking for full on big pack boot support but was hoping for more than i would get on a pair of sandals. was a hard choice to send them back because they are a really amazing looking pair of boots in real life and really universal to use. not too sure how they could fix this personal issue of mine. i ended up going the total other way and got some Salomon Tundra WP's, they are super warm, waterproof, and very stable, just like my hiking boots from them. if you just want a waterproof boot to walk straight in, these are you for you :-)

i bought this in small which is my size for icebreaker and the neck was super small and in no way able to be zipped up. i bought this for a trip and had my room mate wash it in cold and air dry it for me while i was gone so i wasn't able to return it sadly. my girlfriend wears it now. buy a size larger for sure.
