love the daypack! only a few minor things could be changed and it would be perfect. 1) make the mesh water bottle holders deeper so one liter bottles don't fall out 2) make the zipper opening for the hydration pack a little wider. it's tough to get a 4 liter pack in, even though it is designed for one, without fear of tearing the pack on the zipper or without crimping the crap out of the bite tube 3) add insulation on the pack side of the hydration sleeve. occasionally condensation will form on the inside of the pack. a thin piece of closed cell foam took care of this problem for me though. 4) would be nice if you could place a lock through the zippers for extra security when needed. placing a lock through the pull strings isn't much of a security option for me. 5)possibly make the hydration sleeve removable to sanitize it when needed. otherwise it is the most functional backpack i have owned. carries a change of clothes, odds and ends, a full size bible or book, camera, raincoat underneath, and best of all no more water cooler to tote. also the water stays cold all day. very happy so far. the only thing i can't speak about is the durability. i've only had mine for a month or two. but i don't baby it, it gets beat around an ambulance for 12-15 hour shifts and gets throw around a fire truck for 24 hour shifts at a time and doesn't show any signs of giving up the ghost anytime soon. again, all in all very happy. combined two important things into one for me, a water cooler and a backpack.
