Ben's Bio

I grew up in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia and somehow got addicted to skiing on those bunny hills in the process. After experiencing the greatest snow on earth, I decided to move out West for some real mountains after high school.
I studied biology and chemistry in college, but have been utilizing some of my lesser academic skills since graduating, enjoying the freedom to ski and get outside even more now. Skiing holds top priority in the winter, but when the snow stops falling you can find me trying to get the adrenaline pumping some other way. We only have one chance to see this incredible world and experience all it has to offer, so get out there and explore it for yourself!

Pricey? Absolutely. Unmatched quality and comfort? Absolutely. These bibs are so incredibly dope. I love that you can remove the upper part and convert them to just pants (even though I rarely did so). The quality and attention to details in the construction is second to none. Obviously they are very expensive so you would expect this, but with prices skyrocketing for a lot of other high end jackets and pants, these are actually well worth the price in my opinion. The outer shell material is obviously top of the line but anyone who's experienced 3 layer goretex softshell knows this. The gaiters are also very high end materials which is crucial for me because that's always the first place my ski pants start falling apart. I usually wear medium but i like my pants a little baggy so I got the large. I'm 5'10 160 and the fit is pretty baggy but super comfortable. The only thing is the waist is too big for me so without a belt I need to keep the bibs zipped on for them to stay up. I could've gone with a medium but am happy with the large. Bottom line.... it doesn't get any better than this.

When it comes to probes, it's tough to figure out which one is the right fit when there are so many options out there. This is one of the longer options but also still very light. The extension mechanism works great and with a flick of the wrist you can go from collapsed to locked and ready to save a friend. Also has laser etched number increments which in my opinion is crucial.... because the probes with printed numbers always eventually rub off.

I got the bright red color in this shirt and love it. Color is dope, style is great, but the best part is the awesome mountain hardwear quality. Definitely higher quality than many similarly styled button downs. Buttons are super nice and the shirt itself seems to be made very well. Only had it a few weeks but I think this will last for years to come.

This shirt has 2 zippered hand pockets I didn't know about until it arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised. good storage for some cash or anything else you don't want getting smashed in your pockets. Fit is fairly true to size. I'm 5'10 160 and a medium fits well. The sleeves are a bit longer than some other button down short sleeve brands but the torso is just right.

this cotton poly blend T is super comfortable and has a great fit. Im 5'10 160 and sometimes buy large but mostly medium. Bought this in a medium and it fits great even after drying (although I wouldn't recommend drying if it fits well out of the box). And as always, those pockets come in handy in all types of situations when your jeans pocket just won't cut it :)
