How small does this pack compress down to? I have an Osprey Argon 85 and want a light daypack for peak bagging that won't take up too much space in my bag. I'm comparing it to the smaller (20 L) Marmot Ultra Kompressor. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I'm 5'10" 180lbs 31" waist. I wanted a short that gave me the flexibility and comfort of an athletic short with the utility, durability, and appearance of cargo short. The medium fit the bill darn near perfectly. A problem I kept finding with other shorts (even nice hiking/climbing shorts) was that they restricted my movement far too much, especially on routes where high feet are required. I basically needed a 32" in the waist but a 34" through the legs in order to get he flexibility I wanted. The stretch solved my problem, providing an awesome range of motion. I love the built in belt because it allows me to comfortably wear my backpacking pack without a belt digging into my hips. I cannot yet speak to their durability, and they're obviously not as durable as thick canvas short, but for me the comfort, flexibility, and utility afforded by them far outweighs "durability"--they're shorts, not combat pants. I ordered two pairs first then after a week of adventuring I ordered another two. I was that sold on them. I wear them around town and to the crag. Just awesome.
