Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have always used G3 skins since I started ski touring and split boarding, 6 years now.
I bought these not because I needed to replace my previous split board skin, but because I really liked the tip and tail connector.
The tip and tail connectors are great.
But the glue on these is not holding up at all.
First time I used them snow creeped between the skin and the board - never had that problem with previous G3 skins.
No matter how dry and clean the skin and board are it happens on the very first lap of the day and just get worse.
Now there are areas where the glue is coming off near the tip.
I have a grand total of 8 days on them!
unlike other reviews here these were bought this season and put into immediate use - so storage is not the issue.
They are hung to dry for 12 to 24 hrs every day they are used.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Purchased this for my wife after riding the mens version of the Hovercraft all season. In my opinion this is the best all around board I have ever owned(not for the park though). It is a fun and a very appropriate choice for all snow conditions.
My wife was not excited about trying a new board, but after two runs her first comment was "this thing is really light". And by the end of the 1st day she thanked me for buying it for her.
My wife is not a real aggressive boarder - and she still likes this board that gives you an idea of the versatility.

Bought these for my 12 year old daughter in the 147 length. My intention was to get her into the powder. Its been a bit of a dry winter and we have not had too many days when I could get her out on true powder. BUT she is rocking them on the black and blue groomers. As well as the days when its cut up crud - skiing them quickly and with confidence in those conditions. Crud conditions were not something she enjoyed on previous skis she has been on. But every time we stop so I can make sure she is feeling okay about what we are skiing she is like what are we stopping for? lets GO!
So I am happy- shes happy- and she also like the colors of the graphics!

Have not used any other skins on a board - but these excellent in my limited experience. They are easy to get set up, easy to put on, they stay on.
Boarded into an area that the snow was dificult to skin out of sidehilling due to a very hard crust. It was hard to get the crust under 6in of soft snow to break, and if you did not break it you would start to slide down - it was easier to go straight up the 27 degree slope - and the skins allowed us to go right up!
