Familiarity: I've used it several times
-Great pack for lugging water around for a long run, whether on the road or on the trails.
-Pocket, which is a pocket within a pocket, can hold a decent amount of stuff. I have stuffed my keys and an iPhone in the pocket and still have room for a few other things. No worries about losing things since it's a zippered pocket.
-Water bottle hasn't leaked on me and can hold 20 ounces of water (not 7 ounces as indicated).
-Easily adjustable belt with velcro straps. Extra strap can be tucked in behind pocket area.
-Pocket and water bottle are easily accessible when running or waiting to cross a street.
-Filling up the water bottle (all the way) makes the pack bounce around on my hips. I have to wear the pack right underneath my rib cage to prevent it from smacking my back. This leads to the next con...
-The strap is too long if you have a thinner torso. In order for the pack to stay in place, I have to pull the strap all the way in and it cannot tuck behind the pocket.
-The portion of the belt that the strap loops through has a tendency to uncomfortably dig into my side. I noticed the fabric does not cushion the plastic buckle as well as it should.
Con number one can be probably solved by not filling the water bottle all the way, but on longer runs, I like having the option of more water. If you have a smaller torso, this pack may be a bit of an issue for you. Overall, I'm okay with this purchase (not satisfied or dissatisfied), but I have started looking for new hydration systems.
