Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size

Used this for ice climbing and it's awesome! It's lightweight but burly enough to handle leaning against rock and ice and brushing up against ice screws hanging off the harness. It has underarm zips which are perfect - closed them when it was windy and opened them when it was warm. I layered some merino underneath and it was perfect for my needs. Thanks!

This is a wicked ski jacket!! There is enough room to move in it, it is breathable and keeps you dry, awesome colours (can't go wrong with Norrona), and the chin zip is just the right size with or without the hood (I usually don't use the hood unless it's storming). I returned the insulated version because I found it too warm - the shell is perfect because I can layer a fleece underneath if I need it. zippers are in the front - nicely accessible when skiing with a pack on in the backcountry. The powder skirt easily zips on and off. I have also used this in a pinch for rainy weather - with the beautiful blue colour, you can't go wrong and get tonnes of compliments!!

This is a great fleece!! It can be a layer for snow sports, or a jacket for west coast winters. It is very warm (though a strong wind might get through the material), very soft, and fits great (allowing for a layer underneath). Overall a really nice buy!! The green is a wickedly bright colour - part of why I bought this - and I love it!!

I love this pack. I have used it for every day hike I have gone on since it arrived!! With a 3L bladder and wicked bite valve (awesome if you use it properly) that is held in place by a magnet (awesome), I have since given away my two other day packs. The outer pocket is stretchy which is very versatile. I use the helmet elastic part to secure my extra layer of clothing (easily accessible). Very comfortable, lots of storage, and holds more than you'd think - I typically fit 3L water + first aid kit + lunch + snacks + jacket + extra layer + spare socks + gloves + hat + insect repellant + bear spray + sunscreen + emergency SPOT device. Sweet!! Perfect for me. Oh - and the sides can be synched down if you have spare room. If concerned about space, go up a size and synch it!
