and this glove is pretty good for that sort of riding weather. Nice and tight fit without straps that makes you appreciate the between-finger loops for puling them off again. For long rides, though, they seem to become more uncomfortable between the fingers as the hours pass than other gloves I have used. Not surprisingly (I guess) the white lycra stains easily and is next to impossible to get 100% clean again.

These are amazingly versatile and effective for how simple (and affordable) they are. Highly recommended for about 50-65F if there is no rain and not too much wind. Given the relative thickness of the cotton (compared to cheaper cotton gloves), the absence of padding is not a big downside for me.

These are comfortable, warm enough for about 45F, and sufficiently grippy. The fabric repels some amount of water but will, of course, eventually soak through if you ride long enough in the driving rain. Sizing is on the small side; I needed XXL where I usually tend to wear XL or even L.

I have to second what several other reviewers wrote: Only order these if your thumbs are PARTICULARLY short, relative to the length of your fingers. With a 5 in. thumb length (wrist to tip), I first ordered L, then XL, and the gloves still cut painfully into my thumbs when riding on the brake hoods. I felt that XXL would have been too wide overall, so I had to send these back. I liked the product quality, fabric, and overall design, but the sizing was not for me.
