Red River Gorge
Have used these things to hold everything from clothes to my tent and sleeping bag. Compresses down to smaller than anticipated and is waterproof like you wouldn't believe. If you are thinking about getting this just stop whatever you are doing and buy it NOW.
Loved this tent for the short amount of time that I had it. It was everything one person needed and nothing more. Sadly I realized that I would be a little more comfortable in a two person tent with a slightly bigger vestibule and returned it, but that was no fault of the tent at all. If you are truly comfortable in a one person three season tent this tent is incredible to the point that it boarders on a work of art.
Planning on a Thru Hike of the PCT, leaving this May. Was wondering if this would be a good option for a insulating piece? I know down is the warmest, lightest and most compressible but I was looking for a cheaper option if at all possible.
Used this jacket once and after about an hour in the rain the shoulders were damp and wetting through. Returned it immediately after that trip. Avoid this one guys.
Another great Black Diamond purchase.Used this headlamp a couple times while hiking and night climbing. The thing that I love the most about it is its versatility. I can't think of anything that this headlamp can't do. If you are looking for a great headlamp for multiple uses look no further. A
Been using this thing at the Red for a couple months now and I wouldnt dream of using anything else. Works as well if not better than advertised. When I was researching it some people said that it was hard to maneuver/get on and off, but that hasn't been a problem at all for me. If you are considering this go ahead and get it.
