Fit: True to size

Bought these shorts when I began my outdoor obsession and have loved them ever since. Runs true to size and as far as I can tell they are very durable, minus some small pilling on the right thigh. I have climbed in these for several months and have been impressed with its flexibility and breathability. The built in belt was something of a worry when I initially ordered these, but upon wearing them it turned into a pleasant surprise. I If you are looking for a great all round short this is the one for you.

Originally started the PCT with a Katadyn Hiker Pro, but in an effort to drop some much needed lbs form my pack I switched the this filtration system. Greatest decision ever! After my experience on the trail I wouldn't recommend any other filter to someone going on a long distance hike. One caveat when it comes to this filter in that it does take slightly longer than other systems, but this is a small detail that shouldn't deter anyone from making this your go to on the trail.

Bought this stove to use on the PCT. After using this stove for several weeks I am impressed with this bad boy. It excels at everything that you need it to do. This is not to say that the micro rocket it perfect, it has a certain amount of limitations, but all in all if you are looking for a light stove to cook camp food I would recommend buying the MSR micro rocket stove.

Loved this tent for the short amount of time that I had it. It was everything one person needed and nothing more. Sadly I realized that I would be a little more comfortable in a two person tent with a slightly bigger vestibule and returned it, but that was no fault of the tent at all. If you are truly comfortable in a one person three season tent this tent is incredible to the point that it boarders on a work of art.

Another great Black Diamond purchase.Used this headlamp a couple times while hiking and night climbing. The thing that I love the most about it is its versatility. I can't think of anything that this headlamp can't do. If you are looking for a great headlamp for multiple uses look no further. A

Been using this thing at the Red for a couple months now and I wouldnt dream of using anything else. Works as well if not better than advertised. When I was researching it some people said that it was hard to maneuver/get on and off, but that hasn't been a problem at all for me. If you are considering this go ahead and get it.
