Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is a good bag for general purpose use. It carries my lunch. It fits a basket of groceries. I can take it to school with 13" laptop and books.
What I like: Lightweight, shoulder or hand carry, wallet and phone pocket, inside key loop, inside security pocket, outside water bottle pocket.
What I don't like: Depth makes it hard to find stuff at the bottom, no frame/support a little uncomfortable bike commuting.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Fit: True to size

This shell worked great on a recent backcountry ski trip that included some rain. There are many other brands of waterproof laminate, but Gore Tex is the best. The small fits her 5' 5" 115 lb frame just right. And front of the collar is just the right height. On the old jacket it was too high and rubbed her chin raw.

The first set of cleats, they lasted forever. In fact, should have changed them a little sooner. So a new set is welcome to hold the feet on a little better. The pedals are not adjustable, the release position is built into the cleats. When they are installed with say cleat "A" on the right it releases at 8 degrees. If cleat "A" is on the left, it releases later, at say 15 degrees.
