Disappointed
2 5

I bought multiple shirts (blue, red, green) and after only a couple weeks I began to notice pilling on all three shirts on wear areas. The pilling happened on the back where I wore a light day pack on a vacation and toward the bottom of the shirt where I guess it started pilling just from having stuff on my lap. Definitely disappointed this would happen on Arc'teryx gear at this price point.

The picture is after the shirt was worn maybe 8 times so I can only imagine it will get worse over time.

No regrets

It is tough to swallow a $140 purchase for a pair of pants that are basically khakis. The reason I decided to purchase 2 pants (Sira Grey and Nubian Brown) is that I wanted enough pockets without looking ridiculous and I wanted a nice blend of materials that would not easily wrinkle. These pants did not disappoint!

Are they worth $140? Probably not but I like Arc'teryx and will pay a little more for the brand I know stands behind their craft with a lifetime warranty.

Fit- I normally wear 36x32 pants and the 36 fit great. They are a true relaxed fit as you can see with my picture. I did take them to get shortened by 1" because they came a little too long and I didn't see an option to order the specific length that I needed.

Day Hiker or Minimalist Pack
5 5

I have a 70 and 35 Liter pack so wanted something to be able to take on a day hike, bike ride, or just when I want to try a minimalist multi-day trip. This past weekend I spent 2 nights on the AT with this pack and had no problems with storage or weight/comfortability issues. I would have preferred to get the large but they only had a regular at a time and it works just fine for me. I'm 210 lbs and 6'3".

The back compartment held my tarp, purifier, stove system, Nalgene, and 1.5L bladder.
The front compartment held my food and fire starting supplies.
The two smaller pockets held other small necessities.

Hope this helps!

I picked up 2 of these on sale and they are wonderful. I have been doing heavy cardio lately so sweating a lot and have had no odor issues with the shirt. I've also worn the shirt around town and it feels and looks great (says the wife).

Definitely recommend and will be picking up more when the goat puts them on sale again.
