I got these for The Mom for Christmas and she can't stop raving about them. She is regularly outside running 50K trail races and what not and always struggles to keep her hands warm during the winter months. They are nice and low profile, breath well, and keep her digits warm. The sizing seemed pretty accurate and true to size based on my detective work with other glove sizes that she had.

I have the 2009 model of this and am she is still goin strong. I have a different build kit, but have been EXTREMELY happy with the bike. I have raced cross on it for two seasons and swap out the cross tires to road tires for road biking in the summers. Needless to say, I have quiet a bit of miles on her. I've never been disappointed in this bike, at all!
I'm at about 6'-4.5" with about a 34 inseam and ride the Large.

I am into my second pair of these, after just plain old wearing out the first set. They are the great mix of size and support. They don't get in the way on tech sections, and the hands love them after hours in the saddle. It's really a must have if you have any discomfort with regular grips, or are looking for something a tad smaller than the typical Ergon grips.

I needed the little extra width of the Devo (140mm) and have been stoked on it. I am 6'5" and about 195, and my sit bones are just naturally wider than your typ xc racer.
The saddle has the perfect mix of weight and durability, over 2 years and countless miles and endurance races, it still looks and feels like new. Only one very small scuff on the side from a wreck, but it just adds character.
