These are great! I bought them for hanging around camp and sleeping in while ski mountaineering. I am a cold sleeper to begin with and even in a 0 degree bag my feet will get cold. Not any more :) These are comfy to wear and especially sleep in. Your foot does slide around in them a little while walking around but I do not move around too much in them anyway while I have them on. They are super lightweight and not noticeable when stuffed in the bottom of my pack. The only thing is they are made in the large side. I am a straight up men's 10 shoe size and the medium fits me well. There is even about an extra inch or so of space. If I had gotten the large they definitely would have been way too big.

What is this thing used for???

I bought it so that I can use my exped Schnozzle Pumpbag to blow up my synmat7 with integrated pump. I though it was an adapter for that. This is what is says on the exped website:

"This adapter connects small and large diameter FlatValves. It allows you to use a Schnozzel Pumpbag, Pillow Pump, Mini Pump or a combination of Schnozzel and an Exped packsack with purge valve to inflate an Exped mat with integrated pump. It also fits on older mats with large diameter FlatValve (30mm hole diameter instead of 20mm hole diameter)."

I cannot figure out how this adapter makes these two things fit together? It does not seem to work for me. Not happy.

Edit: I figured it out after a some fiddling with it. It is not very obvious at first but once you figure it out it does work. Seems like the design could be better but it does work and do what it is supposed to.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs small

Initially I really liked this hoody. Love the simple minimalist design and although I did think it was overpriced, I figured what the hell, it should be worth it. BD stuff is bomber. After a month of casual wear and not one single washing the fabric started pilling in lines up and down the garment. Over the next month it progressively got worse and spread all over. The front, back, chest, arms. I returned it no questions asked. For the price I paid that turned out to be a huge disappointment. I replaced it with a Patagonia R1 hoody which I feel is a much better investment for the money and am quite happy with. I do own a lot of BD gear and am happy with all my stuff. Never had a problem until now. Maybe it was just a bad batch of fabric that that one was made of because no one else seems to be having this problem. I wish I had taken a picture to post. I tried to post this review on the BD website and they are not letting me. It seems they sensor their reviews. BULLCRAP! Come on BD......you are letting me down :(
