Just received these, to augment my Marmot Durango pant (several years old). Blackcomb is thinner, and probably more windproof. The internal gaiter was non-functional. It had gripper elastic, but there was no elastic to it, so it would not hold tight to the boot. The 32 is slimmer cut than the Med Durango, which is pretty loose. I sent them back due to the lighter fabric (don't want to wear longjohns under them--not needed with the Durango) and the disfunctional internal gaiter.
