Picked these up this season and I love them so far. I took them out for the first time in a powder day last week and they performed great. As the day went on and snow became tracked out they still performed well. Great all around powder ski. I would not ski them every day on groomers but in the deep stuff it would be tough to beat ObSETHed. Great job Seth awesome ski!

Again Smith has another winner on their hands with the Variant Brim helmet. This helmet is lightweight and comfortable and can be warm or cool depending on the vent settings. The vents on the helmet are easy to operate and allow the user to customize the amount of airflow depending on the conditions of the day. The size adjustments give the helmet a custom fit for each person. This helmet also works great with smith goggles. The goggle vents on the brim of the helmet direct air into the goggle to prevent fogging of the lens. If you are looking for a great helmet, look no further…

The Griptilian by Benchmade is a great knife. While Benchmade can be a bit pricy compared to their competitors you do get what you pay for. This knife has met and exceeded all my expectations. It is very easy and smooth to open and provides a solid lockup with Benchmade’s AXIS locking system. The blade steel is strong and will hold an edge well over time. The handle provides good traction in different conditions. This knife is great for carrying every day, hiking, backpacking and camping.

The SOG Twitch II is a great little knife for EDC or Every Day Carry. It can perform every day cutting tasks well, it is small and thin most times I forget that I am carrying it. SOG’s spring assist and lock back provide a solid lock up with no blade movement. The steel used in the blade is strong and will hold an edge well over time. Overall this is a great knife for daily cutting tasks.

These skis work very well for an all mountain ski. K2’s all terrain rocker with 30% rocker and 70% camber under foot make them very versatile in different conditions. I have never skied out east with them, only out in Colorado so I can't help you there but for the price it is a good all mountain ski.

The 2011 K2 silencers are a great all mountain twin tip ski. They are very versatile with K2’s all terrain rocker with 30% rocker and 70% camber under foot. They work ok in powder with the rocker they have up front, on the groomers they ski well, in choppy they perform adequate, they can also be taken to the park and they will perform well. Overall for the price this ski would be tough to beat.

Smith comes through again with another great product the PIVLock V90 Sunglasses. These glasses are lightweight and very comfortable, they are light and I can’t even tell that I am wearing them. I have used them mostly for bike riding and they offer great coverage with no distortion or blind spots. The lenses are also very easy to change to help vision in different light conditions.
