Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share
Fit: True to size

I purchased this for my girlfriend who decided she wanted a rain jacket last summer when we were camping and it was raining while we setup. She had to use mine. Overall this is a great rain jacket and she loves it, keeps her dry from the wind and rain. It is very light and easily packable. I love getting my girlfriend gear that she appreciates when she needs it.

Fit: Runs small

I purchased these boots for my girlfriend ( owning north face boots for myself) because she is a traveling nurse and had nothing but some old Ugg boots. She was not to excited about a boot that wasn't fashionable, but after having to trek through the snow her mind quickly changed. Yes they may not be as cool as Ugg boots but they kept her feet warm and dry. She is happy to have a comfortable boot that is fit for the snowy new England winters. Definitely order at least 1-1.5" larger than your normal shoe size.

These pants are very nice. I wanted to get something for hiking/kayaking and the zip off legs work good to adjust to the changing temps. They are very comfortable and love how water beads right off them. I am about 5'11" and typically wear a 30" inseam but I got the regular length and they are a little long, so make sure to check out the sizing chart.

I use these pants skiing on the east coast and love them. I stay warm and dry and just open the vents to cool down a bit. I only wish there was a small D-ring built in for my pass/lift tickets so I don't have to use the pocket zipper.

I have had 2 pairs of Oakley A frame goggles and love them. This style frame still looks awesome for how old they are. my first pair lasted about 10 years before the top vent foam started deteriorating. I am ok with that because then I was able to get another pair. I am always fog free and wear them all day long because they are very comfortable. I have pink iridium lens, blue iridium lens and persimmon lens. I use the pink iridium on cloudy days and blue iridium on sunny days. the persimmon I don't use much but on snowy days.

I bought this to put into my dakine dual and ridge backpack, but didnt fit in the dual and barely in the ridge. It is a nice block, only one of its kind and has nice padding and holds its shape well. This thing is to large tho, i could fit my Nikon D50, Sony VX2000, 2 Lenses and some batteries and still had room left over. This can be good and bad, there was still room for my gear to move around inside the block even with the dividers due to the width of the block and it didnt fit in my my backpacks well, its larger than my Nikon bag. If it was half the size I would love it.
