Ryan Todd's Bio

I love to kayak, hike, camp & climb. And even better than that I love taking photos of that great stuff. Taking photos is my real love. Mix that with the outdoors and outdoor activities & I'm as snug as a bug in a rug.

I currently reside in the great state of Michigan, but my outdoor adventures take me many other places. I lived in California for awhile, I call it my second home now.

This sucker is roomy. I bought mine last summer to replace my old, cumbersome, not so comfy pack. It's so comfortable when properly adjusted, it seriously feels like there is NO weight in the pack. I thought the airscape backpanel seemed silly, but it does keep the air flowing to your back to keep the bodily condensation down. There aren't a ton of pockets to speak of, but it's fine the bare minimum is what I prefer. The removable lumbar pack is a bit of a waste of what could have been a cool idea. Everything on the pack just seems to be designed with simplicity & comfort in mind.

Just got one of these. It's pretty sweet. Keeps stuff cold for a nice long while. It fits in my Osprey pack a little tightly. The hose is plenty long enough. I just wish there were a magnetic spot on the bite valve like my nalgene bladder. But this bladder is better. A bit more sturdy. I've already put this through the runs.
