Rob's Bio

Just started getting in to snowboarding, investing in some gear; it's an interest I hope to keep for many years. As far as chasing things is concerned, I think snow is the practical choice ;)

This tool does the job its designed for. Small, compact, and perfect to take up with you for those emergency tweaks during the riding day. I decided to change from normal to goofy on my board and forgot to install my binders properly (basically, they were back to front) - a quick run down the slope, found a work bench, and corrected the issue then and there. Took the tool up with me every day; you'll never notice it's even there. :)

I do like this helmet, fits well with my goggles (I'm using - http://www.dogfunk.com/von-zipper-feenom-goggle-w-bonus-lens) - it is very lightweight and has taken the crunch out of quite a few decent stacks. The only beef I have is that after long term use the ear pads begin to hurt my ears; Probably due to the headphone speakers inside. Having said that, once you're carving it up you'll hardly notice that at all.

I have had little trouble with these goggles. Perfect vision, comfortable on the head (with or without the use of a helmet - I'm using http://www.dogfunk.com/smith-holt-skullcandy-single-shot-audio-helmet?cmp_id=EM_TRN3003&mv_pc=r200&rmid=DF_HYG&rrid=394023448), and you hardly notice you're wearing them. Had no issue with them being 'foggy' as others might suggest - and this includes falling constantly in a LOT of powder runs. Would recommend to anyone!
