Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Every tent comes with those cheap stakes that fold as soon as you hit hard dirt or a rock. With these stakes you can hit rocks, tree roots and anything else without fear of them folding over. A huge plus is the reflective cord it is attached to the stake making it easy to spot for a low light set up or take down.

So I broke my old SLX RD and want to upgrade my bike with new drive line components. Went for all SLX again with the dyna-sys, but saw that the SLX RD did not have the stabilizer. So I went for the XT group and wow, wow, wow, wow the shift are crisp and clean even when caked in mud. Being able to change out my thru axles with the extra space is always a plus. Almost went with the XTR over this but all you are getting is carbon worked into the RD and I am not a pro so I don?t have money like that to spend.

I ran a little over 5 miles in them the first day they came in and AMAZING is all I can say. Normally i am sweating up a storm and my shorts pay the price being slick with sweat. After the run I noticed that they were dry to the touch even after my cool down. Also during the run I did not have to have that annoying feeling from your shorts after the downward strike and the fabric does that little tug. I could not have been happier at all I was so impressed with the shorts I ordered 3 more pairs.

What else is there to say other then these pants rock, well a little more. I personally love to wear these pants for every thing from hiking, climbing and everyday use. I love how much they stretch so I don?t ever have to worry about they ripping at the seam. I also did the rock ass slide in to the water of fun while hiking near Brooks Camp. Not only did they dry out in less then 20 mins but they look good as new still. I have owned these pants for just over 2 years and have over 75 days in them, and still going strong.

I love these bindings they are amazing for deep pow runs on my NS Heritage 158 with no high back. My boots are a K2 UFO so they are kind of stiff to start with but with the soft bushings and high back less it was like surfing in the snow. The binding does take some getting used to at first about a run or to till you get the feel of what it applies power to the edge. To me it feel like the ultimate gas pedal front and rear for those dynamic turns. Like the other review said if you have a size 10 boot you are kind of SOL for sizing as you are right in the middle of M and L. If you boot has any shrinkage tech in it get the M and you will be happy. I also rode this binding on my Blacklist while in the park and was surprised how well they preformed. On several jumps I cleared most of the transition areas and land almost flat, the foam on the base just soaked it up like a sponge. An awesome binding that I can?t wait will they come out with the new big high back and low wing back for 13/14.

I have a husky and he loves to wear this pack around town and when we go up to Alaska. At first he was kind of antsy about putting it on but he warmed up to it after a day or so. I put 64oz of water and four days worth of food in his bags and it doesn?t slow him down at all. He always comes home happy after a run or just a walk with the pack on.

I love this jacket for around town use and in the winter when it is not below 20. I tend to be a hot body so having the jacket breath more is a huge plus for me as I sweat in a tee with this jacket if it hits 50. Also I sprayed some nikwax soft-shell spray on it and it helps keep the light rain off longer then before. I can now get about 20 - 25 mins in light rain till it starts to soak it up. Only problem I have with it is the zipper tends to come to the bottom, if it is below the 1/2 position when your hards are placed in your pockets.
