Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I used this Droz last year riding, touring and snowmobiling, I found it to be very versatile in that you can use it in warm or cold, under a helmet, pulling your hair back (headband style) or as a neck buf that you can rotate if if gets covered in powder.

I was able to test this beacon side by side other units last year and was impressed with its initial distance read and consistency and marking when searching for multiple beacons. Would definitely recommend this beacon to anyone I would go backcountry with.

This beanie is different fitting than most in a good way. I don't have a ton of hair so it felt loose at first because the fabric is super thin and light but I got used to it and love it now!

This is a great deal for a 3-antenna transceiver. Has all the dummy-proof features the more expensive digital models, and seems easy to use, even the multi-burial function is easy and clear. To save some research Arva has been making transceivers for about 20 years but have just recently been imported to the U.S. This is the product 90% of folks should use. Would recommend it!

Just got this and was playing with it in the living room, impressed with the weight and durability for the price, overall quality is good, you really have to tug the rope to set it in the slot, but I got used to that pretty quick. I would recommend this purchase if you are looking for a good pole for everyday packing..
