For context, I had very low expectations of these boots when I purchased them for my 5 year old. I'm not a huge fan of the Columbia brand and the price point seemed on the lower end. The reason I went this direction was that kids out grow shoes so fast and I didn't want to spend a huge amount on a boot that isn't worn everyday. When the boots arrived from the very beginning I didn't like the wool feeling insert they use for warmth. I was afraid it wouldn't be warm enough and it might cause his legs to itch. My son now has used these probably 4-6 times playing pretty hard in the snow. I am very surprised at how nice they actually are. First, they are very easy to get on and off. Two, they fit really nice even with a thick sock. Three, they keep my son's feet dry and warm. Lastly, and probably to most important is my son doesn't even notice or say anything about them (This is unusual). He just puts them on and goes out and plays in the snow. Overall this boot is a great value.

So I bought two jackets for my 5 year old to see which one I would like more. I purchased this jacket as well as the The North Face Perrito Reversible Jacket - Toddler Boys http://www.backcountry.com/the-north-face-perrito-reversible-jacket-infant-boys-tnf8734. This jacket seemed to be much more insulated and able to keep my son warm especially while skiing. I do think the perrito was a little better looking though especially the side with stripes. I honestly think highly of both jackets and it really comes down to the weather they are worn. My son is 5 years old, weighs 38 pounds, and is average height. I bought him a size 5 and it fits him perfect.

My wife bought these for a casual shoe that she can wear while running the kids around or light exercise. She absolutely loves them. She requires a shoe with a lot of support when doing heavier exercise or she would absolutely use these for everything. A year ago she bought these http://www.backcountry.com/new-balance-101-trail-running-shoe-womens for the same purpose and said although she likes them both she would pick the Merrell next time around. She wears a 9 in the Merrell but a 9.5 in the New balance shoe. The Merrell breaths a little bit better. For her intense workouts she picked these http://www.backcountry.com/asics-gt-2000-running-shoe-womens. Hope this review helps.

My wife tried four different shoes that Backcountry sales and these are her favorite. She uses them for Pilates, zumba, step, hiking, walking, etc. Her feedback was that they give her great support, fits her good and true to size, and has received many complements on how they look. She ordered the grape and white color. Pretty sure we will be ordering the same pair next year.

So we bought these shoes for my 5 year old because he needed dry shoes for the classroom. My son who is really picky about everything doesn't seem to mind them. I had him wear these shoes everyday for about a week and this is where the short comings of the shoe came to light. This shoe is great for non active situations because they are comfortable and easy to get on and off and my son really liked them. On the flip side these are pretty cheaply made and my son's heel once in awhile would slide out if he was running around. So, in summary these shoes are working great for what I bought them for, but definitely not a shoe that will hold up to everyday kid usage.

Two years ago I bought this sandal for my son when he was 2 and for some reason they made his feet smell really bad and they seemed a little bulky. A month ago I bought my son this same sandal and he is 4 now, and Keen has definitely improved the design. My son's feet no longer smell and they seem lighter and lower to the ground. My son absolutely loves them and puts them on every day. So far they have held up to much abuse.

I have used these glasses for two seasons and am completely satisfied. The fit is good, and their performance has been great. I have used them regularly for running, skiing, cycling, hiking, and everyday driving. I throw them in my car or in my cycling bag, wipe fingerprints off with my shirt, and they have held up great to this kind of abuse. No scratches, no problems. I also value the Smith lifetime warranty, knowing if they do break, I can have them replaced. My one complaint is that they do not stay on my head very well when I move them above my forehead (like when I walk inside a dark building.) This is more likely a problem with my head shape than the glasses, but I haven't had this problem before. On the plus side though, they fit my face perfectly. I can wear them for hours without discomfort. Overall very nice shades...

This was absolutely the bag to go with. I considered just going ahead and buying my son a full size bag so that I don't have to buy another one down the road but this was a great price point and the fact that he can use this for many years (5 ft 4 in) makes me think I made the right decision. We took this bag on a three day camping trip in southern Utah and my son loved it and slept great. The weather started around 50 at night and then dropped to 30 and the kid slept great all night. My only complaint would be the built in compression storage sack could shrink the bag down even more.

I bought this jacket as a present for my mother and she seems to like it a lot. Recently she has worn this on a vacation to central California when is was really windy and around 40-60 degrees. She mentioned the jacket did a great job breaking the wind and the hood really worked well. The only downside to this jacket is the liner has some drawbacks like the arms pull in when taking the jacket off. It has a latch to prevent that but it doesn't always work. the other drawback is she can't wear a thick under layer. Other than that the jacket is holding up great.

I bought these along with the bodyfit 260 bottoms and they worked great. Very warm and very comfortable and worth the price. My son is 4 1/2 and on the smaller size and I bought him a 4T. The 4T was just a little too short so I probably should have went up 1 size. Also, they have held up well with many washes

I'm am not writing this because I work for Backcountry because I ran in this shoe long before I started here. This is the best road shoe I have yet to run in. For context, I'm 37 years old and I've been running since I was a young kid and ran competitively at a division one college. I've ran this shoe in all kinds of training runs and everything from 5K to marathon races. The models stay pretty consistent over the past 6 years. The things I like best about this shoe is it is very breathable so my feet never get too hot on really hot days and the weight feels just right. I have a pretty standard running style which means I don't over or under pronate and have strong ankles so I don't need much stability. The shoe has plenty of space in the toe box because nothing is more frustrating than getting a blister on the top of the toes. I bought the blue model this year and gotten so many comments on how neat they look. Lastly, this shoe is first and foremost a road running shoe. I've been getting into trail running lately and used this once or twice on the trail but the sole is just a little bit to soft and rocks would sometimes hit the top of my toes so this is definitely meant for road. I do like this shoe so much though that I'm still trying to find a trail shoe that fits and feels like this road shoe.
