Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've put this thing through the wringer and it's a beast. I've had on lakes, rivers, and Puget Sound. It's great for cruising around, super stable, fun to fish from, can carry a ton of weight. I've had 2 people on it at the same time no problem plus some gear. The only negatives are you get pushed around a ton by wind, waves, currents, etc. So you can't really set up on a spot and fish it hard without constantly re-positioning the board which gets annoying after a while. Also, the anchor system is a pain the butt doesn't work in terms of holding the board in one spot, but all in all it's a great product and I would certainly recommend it. It's makes catching Lingcod on the fly rod in Puget Sound a real adventure. Pretty wild and exhilarating when you get a hook up and chaos erupts. I would imagine this thing would be awesome in tropical settings for cruising the flats in search of bonefish, permit, etc. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think there is plenty of room for improvement with some R&D.

Fit: True to size

Title says it all. These are thee gloves to get if you spend significant time in the mountains. I've put them through the wringer and they are just as warm after a full season of hard use as they were the day I got them. They're durable, comfy, stay extremely dry, and are the only glove I count on when in the backcountry. I strongly recommend these gloves, they are worth every penny. Make sure you balm them up good first thing when you get them.

These flip flops are simply amazing. I've been wearing them since 2005 and I absolutely love them. I usually end up wearing them the majority of the time for about 4-6 months out of the year. I've done everything in them, wade fished rivers, hiked, cruised around the city, drive, etc. They are super comfy, extremely durable, and I give them the certified awesome stamp. The only pair of flip flops you'll ever need, and if you blow them out, Chaco will replace or repair them for free.

I skied 50 days last season, most of those in the PNW and this jacket kept me dry, kept me warm, and I love it. Orage is hands down the best in the industry with attention to detail. Pockets in all the right places that you actually use and everything you need in a jacket for a day on the mountain in, or out of the resort. 2 thumbs up from me. Awesome jacket!

I bought these last year and skied all season in them. They worked great for me and I loved them. Obviously a lot more cost effective than custom orthotics. I skied 50 days in them last winter which was a mix of inbounds, sidecountry, and backcountry touring. I definitely give these these two thumbs up!
