Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs large

I love the material of these shorts-- very stretchy and nonbinding. I'm 5'4", longish legs, size 10 jeans, and ordered a size "L". I've got a 31" waist, and these are too big in the waist. I wear a belt and that seems to work, though the pockets kind of pucker in a strange way. I want to love these, but I think they will just be my back up mtn. biking shorts. The chamois is fine.

Fit: True to size

The material used in this tank has a super soft hand. When you first wear it, you won't think its a technical piece that can hold up to sweaty activities. You'd be wrong! Wore this puppy around the house over the weekend when I first got it, didn't want to take it off. Took it for a long hike the next week and found it very comfortable. The double skinny straps are super cute, but also hit my shoulders and back in just the right place so that I don't feel them. One thing of note: this tank is longish. If you want something that will come down past your hip bones (I'm 5'4"and it does that on me), then this tank will meet that expectation. Good for yoga, as it is slim enough cut that it doesn't ride up. The green color is a little more muted than the pictures on the site show.

Got this tank in the green color, and it is very vibrant and pretty! Patagonia usually knocks things out of the park in terms of quality and fit, and this is no exception to that rule. I am 5'4", 160 lbs, 36D, size 10 in things. I ordered a large and it fits great. I've used it for yoga (with just the internal shelf bra), mountain biking (with a light support bra added), and in spin class. Very comfortable for all of those things. The material is stretchy, but not too much so, and the back straps are wide, so it feels like you've got good support. Flattering cut in front, and not loose and baggy at the bottom.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: Runs small

I'm 5;4", 160, 36D. I ordered a large, and while it fit, it is super fitted in style. It offers support that way, but there is no leaway. If you like your tanks fitted, than this is a good thing. If you like them with a bit more give in ft, order up or order something else! I'd give it higher star ratings for quality if I had worn it!

Great sunglasses for active pursuits!

It was time to get new shades, and I needed them to cover the following bases: runnng, mountain biking, SUP. So, they had to stay put when sweating, offer really good visibility in various conditions, and had to be bombproof. Looked at a bunch, then ordered the Splitjackets from Backcountry (I like to buy stuff here because of easy returns). The glasses did not disappoint. I used them for all three activities in the first week. They stay put, offered great clarity with both sets of lenses. I feel like I get great peripheral vision in them, and they don't move no matter how hard I'm moving. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes!! Now, I need to order some more lenses....

Oh, and I'm a woman with a fairly angular face, small nose bridge, high cheekbones. These fit great.

After shopping around and trying on a lot of low-profile hiking shoes, I took the leap of faith associated with buying shoes online and ordered up the Firetrails. I live in Oregon and wanted a pair of low height shoes with a good, solid base and traction for a bunch of conditions: rocky, shaly trails in central Oregon, woodsy often wet trails in the Cascades and coast. These shoes rock. First, they look super cool, unlike some of their competitors. But the fit-- oh my! I am a 6.5/7.0 in streetshoes, got these in the 7 (37 Euro), and they fit true to size. Slipped 'em on and fiddled with the laces and knew my feet were going to be happy. Solid base- very stiff shank for a low-top. First day out with them was at Smith Rock (big climbing spot here in Central Oregon), and I ran up the first third of Misery Ridge Trail. Perfect. Then my lungs gave out and I went slowly up the rest. At the top did some scrambling-- perfect traction. On the way back down, I laughed at the scared faces of daytrippers looking a bit scared due to lack of traction on the steep descent. These Firetrails had me feeling secure on a fairly steep, loose descent.

Then the next day I was in the Cascades and it rained- wet forest floor. My feet stayed dry and happy.

Nothing bad to say and everything good. =0) You won't be disappointed.
