This is a great piece! I use it for winter running. It hasn't been that cold yet, but I'm able to wear it down to 30 degrees w/ just a wicking t-shirt underneath, and 15 with a lightweight long-sleeve. It breathes extraordinarily well and I find that it blocks the wind very well as well.

I actually have the grey and liked it so much I went ahead a bought another in the red!

Great work Stoic!

I'm not sure what this other guy is talking about. These are phenomenal shoes. I have put over 100-150 miles on them in about 3 weeks and they show no signs of slowing down. The traction is great on any dirt/mud surface. I did notice a small amount of slippage on some wet rocks/mossy bridges etc.

The lugs are aggressive, but by no means to you feel them while you run. (I've used them on a couple 15 mile runs which includes some pavement)

I was searching for a go-between for minimalist shoes and heavy duty mountain running shoes. These are the perfect fit. They're real low-profile.

I don't think i'll use these in the winter in the snow, but for light-weight racers for the summer, these are top notch.

So long as they last me another 300 or so miles, i'll be buying another pair.
