Everyday I consider quiting my day job and volunteering for the NPS. Needless to say, I love the outdoors and want to spend every minute that I'm not in the office outside.

I have worn this in so many ways that I don't even know how to describe it. It's a wonderful jacket to go over a dress. Wear it on it's own with leggings and you have an entirely different outfit. Srunch up the hood and make it into it's own scarf. Let the hood relax and use your own scarf. That doesn't even get into all the different outfits when you consider that you can remove the arms and make it sleeveless. Wow I just love it. It can make it formal or just use it to cover up after yoga. I hope I have this jacket forever. And the crazy thing is that it's DWR so if it drizzles rain outside, no worries.

This is a great device to have as backup storage for your gadgets. I went on a four day backpacking trip and used this device to charge my iPhone 4 at the end of the day. I was using my iPhone 4 as a GPS tracker and I completely suck through my battery with one full day of hiking. The power device was able to hold enough charge to charge my iPhone 4 from dead to 100% three times and it only took a few hours to do so. The power device is extremely small and lightweight, so it wasn't a nuisance at all to carry with me on the trip. It's about the size of a typical male wallet. I haven't tested the durability or water-resistance yet.

I found this to be one of the lighter synthetic sleeping bags on the market, but also held it's own for warmth. The bag was immediately put to good use for a four day backpacking trip. It was extremely easy to stuff and very small once in the stuff sac. My sleeping bag before was a bear to roll, stuff, and get into my pack. I have room to spare now. Also for those of you interested, it worked fabulously zipped together with another TNF cat's meow. I really loved that instead of trying to make a fancy collar to prevent cold air from entering the bag, they just reduced the size of the head opening and made it more akin to the extreme mummy bags. I always hate wresting with those silly collars and drawstring systems in the middle of the night. Zip the bag all the way up to keep out the cold or unzip the bag to let in a little fresh air. Perfect!
