Thanks. Ended up same size. The T Race is a little looser in the heel, spacer under the orthotic should fix it.Yes, fitted by good fitter. They feel like they have a lot more forward lean than my T2 Ecos or old T1s, quite a bit more thigh burn. Got to say I prefer the T2s, although the TRace is obviously more powerful. Not convinced I like them, yet. Got another ten days booked in from next week. Should sort it out.

I'd love a pair of these. A little confused about the sizes, though. Worn 42s in various Sportivas for years. Currently got 42 in Muiras, very tight, probably prefer .5 up next time. But I also wear Mythos a lot, 41 or 41.5, snug fit. 11US in 5.10 camp fours. I'm guessing a 42.5 should be a nice crack shoe? Can't buy them downunder, so can't try them on first.
Any ideas about comparing them to the above? Any input greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mr PP

Hi
Buying for Australia. Got the T2 Eco last season. Loved them. Better than my old bumblebee T1s. Wearing 29 in everything Scarpa (T2s, T3s, T4s, T1s) will the new T1/ TRace fit same sizing? Worried the TRace is a bit narrower?? Want the TRaces - Why get less control? But have wide problem feet. Can't try them on here. Anyone have any experience with past sizes - T1 to TRace shift?
Cheers

Well, they arrived a while back and fit nicely. If anything, a tad wider than the old T1s and the eco T2s. Just a bit looser in the toes, but basically the same size. And they are red! Looking forward to our season starting in June.
Cheers

Thanks Kirk, but that isn't right.Scarpa use their own mondo sizing for tele boots.
I got these boots in the end and I love them. Light, flexy for touring and deliver quite a bit of power. More than my bumblebee T1s (which are tired).
Size 29 is UK10. I've confirmed this against all my other Scarpa boots and Scarpa now have a new tele size chart on their site which is accurate (and strangely enough the same as the original one when they first went mondo)
They were really uncomfortable until heat molded. Great boots. Now for some new T1s for the lifts ...
:-)
Happy happy joy joy

Well, I can answer my own question. Bought them and they are great. Fit the boots, no worries, my titanium knee brace is a bit tight but the pants are really nice. Might need thermals under them in June/July but should be ideal weight out the back the rest of the time. I normally wear 36 waist 32 leg Levis and the 36 in these is spot on. Gotta love Backcountry.com

Hi
I'd like some new T2s for the Aussie ski season but can't figure the sizes. I have old azure T2s and bumblebee T1s in UK 10, which I think is 29 in the new sizing. Seems to be two charts floating about and one says they should be 27.5 Can't believe that's right. I tried on some old red T2x (our shops don't have much) and 29 was about right. Help??
