Here's a link to their Arm Sleeves sizing - click on size chart and then Compression Arm Sleeves. You'll need your bicep and forearm measurements to determine the right size.

You know how they say "Cotton Kills" when referring to being in the outdoors...well, I wanted a sweatshirt type feel but wanted to avoid cotton. I discovered the Ibex Nomad Hoodie and fell in love. It is soooo warm. As soon as you put it on, instantly your body begins to warm up! I love the off center zipper too! It just adds a little more style, without sacrificing performance. I wore it skiing over a base layer and under a shell, and it kept me perfectly warm! I totally recommend you ladies add this to your wardrobe!

My friend gave me a woolies crew for my birthday this year, and I absolutely LOVE it!! I wore it skiing on a trip to Telluride, which kept me warm and dry, and was even then able to wear it as my first layer around town (even after skiing in it!). This is why I LOVE wool, cause you can wear it for a few days and it doesn't smell...unlike some other unmentionable synthetic brands... Plus, it looks super cute under a vest, with your favorite scarf, and you'll be ready for a night on the town! Apres skiing, hiking, ice climbing, etc has never looked sooooo good!! Go for it, you'll be glad you did!

The Izzi Pant is one of my best clothing purchases ever! Not only are they super comfortable, but they are also VERY flattering. I'm 5'6" and the medium fits perfectly! The waistband is nice and wide so it helps minimize any little bit of muffin top we may have left over from our winter lazy days. But, seriously, these are my go to pants for lounging at home, running errands, traveling, practicing Yoga or stretching, or even going for a cool weather run. Welcome to the coziest pants ever made!

"Definitely go with the XS", says my XS Ibex friend. And, FYI they do ride a little high on the waist, which does reduce cold drafts on the back. Everything Ibex I have owned, has had great shape-retention. I always wash in cold and lay out on a drying rack. Any pure wool item will stretch out to some degree as you wear it, but overall I've had good luck with this brand.

The Ibex Nomad Full-Zip Hoody is soooo soft and as soon as you put it on you'll start warming up. It's the perfect thickness for layering over with your shell, so not bulky, but it's got that "sweatshirt" fluffy thickness feel. It's my go to piece for wearing in my cold office. I totally recommend it!

Although we are not the medical experts (as you know we are fabric experts that listen to what the medical experts tell us are the right ingredients to proper compression) we do have many customers that use 2XU compression as an alternative to the much less comfortable and less breathable medical products on the market.

With mmhg ratings between 18 and 40 the feedback from these customers has continued to be positive and they have seen an effective reduction in the swelling of their extremities as a result of lymphedema. We also have many of the top orthopedic specialists in the country from the Steadman Clinic in Vail to many local ortho's that regularly use and recommend 2XU compression to their patients for both injury prevention and recovery after surgery.

Please note that we know an Orthopedic Surgeon is not a surgeon specializing in lymphedema surgery and the related issues. But rather to show the support we are getting from the best doctors in the SPORTS MEDICINE field.

Elite Compression Women's Top-LS:
All Elite products are built using a combination of both 50 Denier and 70 Denier Circular Knit (CK) process using Lycra Invista Sport as the elastomeric yarn. The main benefit of using both 50D and 70D in this particular fabrication is that it allows for a slightly higher compressive rating at the extremities, in this case it would be in the forearm area. This is done to help promote even greater venous return from the hands/forearm back to the heart where the blood is cleansed and oxygenated.

The advantage of using Lycra Invista Sport in all 2XU compression products is that by using a branded elastomeric yarn (Dupont), 2XU is able to retain their compressive properties much longer than many other products that use non branded elastane yarns in the manufacturing process.

I have to say this is by far one of my most favorite jackets! It's perfect for wrapping up in on my way to morning yoga and it's my first go to light jacket for an evening cruiser ride through town with my husband. It's super cute and fits my hourglass figure very comfortably.
