Eli,
You would want to get some sand anchors as this comes with just regular stakes. It has many guy lines/points that will help keep it down and we have had it up at the office in the 20-30 mph winds we regularly get there and has been tested in Moab as well but it has a HUGE surface area and it would require some pretty substantial guying out/anchoring to keep it down.

Laurier,
These are nylon flaps mounted on the bottom inside of hte screen that can cover the entire screen portion on each wall. They can provide prviacy and some protection from the wind and low-angle sun. If you look at the image above you can see them rolled up at the bottom of ecah screen portion.

J - the Yellowstone was slightly longer along one axis than the Grand Mesa (96x96 inches vs. 80 x 96 inches) so it will be close but not exact. You could fold it under one side but that will often trap water and I don't know that they use the same attachments to the corners.
