Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Prior to purchasing this product, I own and use a Jetboil Sumo Titanium. I love the thing, the only problem is, when I bring it along for groups bordering 6 people, it becomes a hassle since we all begin to wait for our water to boil. There isn't enough hot water to go around. So I decided to spring for this when I my group of 8 friends gathered at Joshua Tree earlier in March 2016. Having this pot opens up a wealth of cooking possibilities. You can now make stews, pasta dishes, or jambalayas directly in the pot, along with that the possibility of giving things a quick sizzle in the frying pan.
Maybe the only drawback is the amount of cleaning you'll have to consider after finishing up with meals. Also, this is designed for the propane fueled tanks, the isobutane canisters that normally go with Jetboil products cannot be used.
Overall, the product worked really well in actual outdoor conditions, and made serving hot meals to a large group very fast and more convenient.
