I am sure everyone by reading the specs it is clear Shimano has spared no resources in designing there top of the line XTR components, and the XTR wheelset is no different. The wheelset boasts a quiver of engineering highlights, but to be honest it's all about the ride. The efficiency of these wheels is right up there with perpetual motion, no joke, the smooth ride, fused with lateral stability makes these wheels treat. I ride them on my all-mountain, rig, but if your a tad on the aggressive side, it would be wise to step to the XT wheels. But for those XC enthusiast, and sun valley ribbon runners this is the tip of the sword.

This year at Rampage I rode the Fuel V2 goggle, and lets just say conditions put it though the ringer. 100+ degree heat had me sweated like a sasquatch, but I never had an issue with fogging. I was seriously impressed and fitted with the mirrored lens, kept my eyes free and clear of lighting distractions which allowed me to focus on the task at hand. The V2 has been my go to goggle ever since.

I have been riding North Face's newest addition to their line throughout the 2010 season (regular sleeve), and it's been nothing but gold. From it's breathability to it's tempered functionality The North Face is quietly making their presence felt by producing quality gear. I am mainly involved in the freeride aspect of the sport and if it's an all-round jersey your looking for this is built, and fit to tackle whatever your ego gets you into.
