Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you backpack and don't have this in your first-aid kit... It's time to add them. Every backpacker knows how important your feet are and these little sucker let you "keep walking." Buy them once and you'll never not have them. Happy Hiking!

I am an avid super/ultralight backpacker, because of my mentality I always hesitate to add weight. But after talking to a fellow backpacker I decided to try these for some camp shoes.... I will never walk barefoot in camp again. These are ridiculously light and protect your whole foot while giving good ventilation. I would recommend buying the original Croc because they are slightly lighter and provide the same protection but these are great too. Happy backpacking!

If I could give these six stars I would. For the price you really can't get a better convertible pant. The material is thin and light but do well in the brush; they also provide excellent wicking. After several days of hiking I had little if any chapping. Also, I have found that many convertible pants don't zip off easily and are difficult to put back on - this is not the case for these. I was recommended these from a fly fishing friend who had a pair for 4 years and can't be happier. If you are looking for a convertible pant; BUY THESE.

I'm someone who prefers good quality products and therefor was very hesitant to purchase this vest. However, after making the purchase I am extremely satisfied. For starters, the collar is made of a very comfortable material which doesn't irritate the skin after hundreds of iffy casts :). Also, There seems to be pockets for everything; on the inside of the jacket is a zip-shut large pocket and a pocket that fits my iPhone perfectly - even with a strap to hold that sucker in. As for the pockets on the outside of the vest, I've got one for my tippet, pliers, GPS, Floatant, Fly box and a couple extra. The mesh dry quickly, allows for a nice breeze and is surprisingly strong. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone - if you get it, I'm sure you will be extremely happy. Hope this helps!! Happy Fishing!

Ugh, I really dislike giving products such low ratings but I feel as though buyers should be warned as to the low quality of this product. The nippers don't nip: literally they don't cut through 5X tippet. The pliers work but the quality is extremely poor and have "Pakistan" big and bold on the hinge. I purchased the gold handled gift pack and the pliers looked as though they were dipped into the gold at an angle and the excess was shaken off.... To sum it up; I would recommend looking elsewhere for these necessities. Good thing Backcountry.com is awesome and I can return this item! Hope this helps!! Happy Fishing!

This box does the job well. It's less expensive than any comparable product, and is just plain great. I highly recommend getting this even if you have all the money in the world and can afford the comparable product that is much higher priced. Something that should be mentioned is that it has 4 threaders each a different size and removable.

I bought these mittens for my Girlfriend; they keep her hands toasty warm!! She is learning to board and hasn't complained since we got em'. I went to the retail store and looked at the colors, the two black glove look a little cheap with the way the material was finished. I ended up buying the purple ones; they have bigger threading for the exterior which you can't really see in the picture. They are great gloves and look great if you don't mind the purple ones be sure to get them, you won't regret it. Hope this helps and enjoy the mittens!!

I bought this fleece for my girlfriend who is 5' even and 98lbs the Extra Small fit her perfectly. The hood is nice and can be sucked down to keep her face warm. We enjoy going on walks in UT mid winter and she just plops this one with a windbreak and is sweating in 30 degree weather. Columbia is a great brand for the price and I highly recommend this fleece for insulation. The only bad thing is the color selection :(. Hope this helps and enjoy your fleece!

I like the Ecrin Roc. It's keeps your head cool, safe and makes you look like you know what your doing. My biggest complaint with it would be the foam pads, they sometimes shift ever so slightly. Also the weight is higher than most of its foam counterparts. However, it blows everything out of the water when looking at the protection it gives you. Also, its adjust-ability is great. It works for sport climbing in the hottest of summer as well as ice climbing with a bean and a hood on. I would recommend the Ecrin Roc but only to those who need a helmet for multiple uses. For simple sport climbing there are other buckets that will do the trick at a lower cost. Good luck!!

At first I was a little hesitant to purchase these, because "CAMP USA" is not the best known name in the Western United States; however after doing my research and using tons of my buddies draws I decided to take a chance and purchase this set. These draws are ridiculously light (lighter than most wiregates) and the gates are soooooooooo smooth. I can't emphasize that enough: the pressure is equal no matter what position the gate is in. Also, they have bumps on the side of the gate that allow for easy cleaning when rapping. I am extremely satisfied with these draws I would recommend them to random strangers on the street!! Hope you make the purchase and enjoy them as I have.
