Just got done with my first trip with this board and I can testify that you CANNOT bury the nose in powder not matter how hard you try! I took my 2008 model 165 mullet (I'm 5'9" 155) to Naeba Japan in some deep untouched pow and have never had so much fun in the pow. I found myself staring at her nose in aw as powder parted like the red sea, never once sinking. No more back leg camps after getting to the bottom of the mountain. Oh yea, she handles the groomed and choppy snow nicely as well, very stable, for some reason she just dosen't want to catch and edge. :)

For the money there is no helmet that can match what this helmet has to offer, the wig model even has built in audio which is nice on those long/slow lifts up the mountain. All the other models that offer what this one does cost at least $20-$50 more. A very comfy protec helmet as well, which has taken several smacks from large branches and one direct snowboard smack and is still going strong! I am glad to be wearing this good looking helmet when I act stupid, go where I shouldn't, or get nailed by another skier.
