This helmet rocks in more ways that one... :-)

I grew up in Salt Lake but moved to Iowa in high school. I moved back to Utah for a brief stint @ the U but then transferred back to Iowa to go to school and have lived here ever since. I enjoy running, biking, hiking, skiing, golfing, SCUBA diving, camping, etc. I get back to Utah and Oregon any chance I can :-)

It did shrink. I ordered XL and I'm 6' 185 lbs and now I would say it's an "athletic" fit for me. So definitely size up one level when ordering, as I normally wear a Large in T-shirts. Love the stained glass style goat!!
Great shirt, very lightweight. With a long-sleeved tech shirt underneath you can't go wrong (if you need two light layers). Love this shirt!
Without a doubt, the best running socks ever invented. I did an 18 mile training run in 78 degree 80% humidity temperatures and not a single blister. Impressive in that when I was done, I was able to wring them out and measured 1/3 cup of sweat!! I will note that they are on the "thicker" side, weight wise but they are my marathon sock of choice!
These boots are perfect for our 6 year old... She LOVES them and never has complained about the frigid Iowa temperatures.
This jacket is perfect... Lightweight and does it's job and can even double as a good shell with a light fleece under in colder temps. You can't go wrong with this one...
I am absolutely in love with this shirt. I ordered the Large and it is a loose fit, but not super baggy (I'm 6' 185 lbs). I pick this shirt over all my others when it's clean :-)
Love this shirt!! I personally don't think you need to size up. I think it's pretty true to size. I ordered a Large and I'm 6' and 185 lbs and I think it fits fine.
Love these bad boys... They replaced my old Backcountry Goat fleece gloves. The insulating layer is nice and they are great for cold Iowa winters. They even held up in snow shoveling weather. As another reviewer noted, the plastic on the finger tips did start to peel but in my mind, doesn't affect the gloves much.
Got these for our two daughters as stocking stuffers and they love their matching lights :D They haven't gotten a ton of use out of them yet but the three settings are nice and they are super easy to turn on/off and adjust. Even fits our 2 year old's head.
These pants are sweet!! I haven't used them on the slopes yet but will be doing that next week! They have held up in super cold Iowa temperatures though while shoveling endless snow piles as well as sledding and playing outside with my daughter. I am kind of in between a Med/Large but I went with Large. I'm 5'11", 195 lbs, 35" waist and I think I could have gone with a Medium. However with the waist adjustment and belt loops I'll be fine...
I love this shirt!!! It's probably the most comfortable base layer I own!
I love these bad boys... I've only had them a short while but I can already tell I will be buying another pair. They are my first Icebreaker socks so despite my friends telling me they were the best, I was still skeptical. I can tell you now that they ROCK! Check the sizing chart though, as I am a medium in these but normally a large in most other socks. Medium fits great...
Look at the other reviews but I think you'd be fine in a Large. I'm 5'11" and about 195 with a 35" waist and I went with Large. However, I could have probably gotten by in a medium. There's a Velcro waist adjustment and for me I need those tightened and def. need to wear a belt so you should be good, even if you have to loosen the adjustment tabs a bit.
My wife was a little worried about getting a coat before trying it on but thanks to the other reviews detailing sleeve length the fit is perfect. She is 6' tall and the Large is on the money!! The coat is the perfect length just going past her hips with a little flair to boot :D
Sweet hat!! The fleece lining makes it extra cozy :D
Most comfortable running shirt I've ever worn, hands down!!!!!!! I hope BC gets more in stock...
My daughter loves these shoes! They are easy to put on and she wears them everywhere!
I bought this coat in September but wanted to wait to review it until I had a chance to test it in the COLD Iowa weather. Nothing but praise for this coat...
It's a sweet shell, with excellent pit zips and I love the outer chest pocket (perfect for wallet or car keys or blackberry, etc.). The hood adjusts nicely as well.
I have worn this coat for walks across a large college campus in -10F temps and was fairly warm with only a poly-pro underneath. The large teeth zipper would make it easy to zip in a micro jacket or fleece.
I also tested this in two HEAVY rainstorms and I stayed perfectly dry. This is a sweet Gore-Tex shell.
I got these for my 3.5 year old and she LOVES them!! She can run and play in them @ the park, but also can wear them if she's going to get wet too... She's worn them every single day since we got them a month ago. If you are hesitating, they are definitely worth the money.
