This has been the first device I've consistently worn to accurately track heart rate and daily activity, and now I'm hooked... While wearing this thing around work has been cool, I started to become obsessed with the Charge after my first few active activities. For training that is focused on bringing your heart rate up, this is a great way to call BS on yourself based on the "pain" you are experiencing. You're still in the Fat Burn zone bud, push harder.

I am also an extremely restless sleeper (lots of tossing and turning), so I've been closely watching my sleep patterns to see how my diet, exercise, and stress levels affect my sleep movements.

In a nutshell, I'm really impressed with the value at this price point.

I love the snowtrooper! I was hesitant converting to the Extended Transition Rocker Camber from my traditional camber, but I was pleasantly surprised when this board first touched the snow.

It loves powder, slides through deep moguls, and puts up with icy patches. It's flexy, playful, but provides a stable platform for high speed bombing. I'd highly recommend this board to anyone who plays on non-groomers from time to time.

Huge style points for these shoes. I picked up the Charcoal/Lightnight/Yellow (which is actually quite green as seen in photos), and I love the look. They are light and comfortable, but don’t give a ton of support. Great shoes if extra support is not what you are looking for.

I took the wife to the mall and she tried on a pair of the Oakley Feedbacks. Based on the reaction, I know I would soon be ordering a pair for her. These give off the style she was looking for, and she’s said they are comfortable to wear even on longer drives.

They are dark enough so the eyeballs are not fully visible looking into the lens, but without the reflective coating popular on traditional aviators. I was told this combination is harder to find. So, look no further! We went with the polished gold (which they didn’t have at the mall), and she is able to pair them with 94% of her outfits.

Fit: Runs large

I agree with Kirk in that this product isn’t an athletic fit. I’ve found this to be the case with most The North Face jackets with exception of their specific product lines such as Steep Series or Summit Series. I generally wear a large, but for this particular jacket the medium fits me well (6ft 185lbs). These jackets are well suited for folks with a wider or muscular build, and they can probably support a moderate beer belly with the traditional size you wear (alternatively for under jacket layering). If you are tall and slender, you may be better off with the athletic North Face lines, or going for another brand that better supports your body type.

If you get the fit right, this jacket is solid. Comfy, stylish, light, and it warms well given the weight. I’ve felt comfortable wearing this as an outer layer in 30 degree weather, but anything below that, you will probably prefer slapping on another layer for comfort.

I'm a huge fan of the these Chino Shorts. I first picked up a pair of the Faded Army, and then went back for the Silver. These no frills shorts have everything you need and nothing you don't. Good, comfy, slightly longer fit, which is expected from Volcom. Not for hanging out at the yacht club, but almost any other scenario you should be in good shape.

Volcom's Overview:
New for Fall 2014. Cool and casual come together in the 22-inch Frickin Plaid Chino Short. This is classic chino simplicity at its finest with a relaxed fit that sits slightly below the waist back welt pockets side pockets belt loops and a zip fly. style looks good on the beach or after hours. Machine wash with like colors tumble dry low low iron as needed.

In short, these boots are awesome - Light, Stylish, Comfy. The stated medium flex is right on par with my experiences with the boot. The dual BOA system perfects boot tightening with even distribution.

These boots have been comfortable for me since the first day of riding, and the velcro liner features make removing the boot very easy after a long day of riding. Highly recommended!

I had a similar issue with these bindings as Julien shared. My previous pair of boots were outdated and had a very squishy toe, which compressed and quickly un-ratcheted the bindings when attempting to tighten.

I used a small screwdriver to pull on the ratchet spring which led to tightening up the clamp-down. Haven't had any locking problems since my fix, but certainly less than I would expect from a well known Binding Manufacturer such as Union.

Overall decent binding for a good price, but Union needs to take a closer look at the springs used for the binding clamp-down.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Take this review with a grain of salt, as I actually returned these boots before use. I compared these to the FLOW HYLITE BOA SNOWBOARD BOOT, and these lost only slightly to the Flow boots based on my personal fit preference.

I really liked how quickly I was able to get in and out of the boot, and how the dual BOA allows for a quick and balanced foot lock down.

If I only would have tried these I would have kept them. But....I tried-on the Flow Boots and couldn't bare to give them up. The Salomon boots were second choice due to the slightly stiffer feel, and less padding than the Flow boot. Good overall feel and stylish look.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I gave this as a gift and have had nothing but positive feedback. This jacket looks great and is very versatile. As expected with 800 fill down, the jacket is incredibly light.

Makes for a great base layer in 25 degrees or lower, but should do just fine as an outer layer for anything above that.

I was in need of a good pair of all-around winter gloves. With the etip price point not too much higher than the standard North Face Apex Gloves, I decided to try giving the technology a try.

I have a Galaxy SIII, and the phone reacts well to the e-tip treatment, the only difficult part is navigating with clumsy fat fingers. Great for answering calls and performing basic tasks while wearing the gloves, but don't expect to succeed in writing your buddy a text to inform him the powder is dumping. Great glove for blocking wind and for layering on low temp days.

I purchased this North Face Fleece Jacket for my Fiance and she loves it. I'd say the jacket runs true to size for the most part. She is generally between a small and med, and the med worked out great for her.

Super soft, casual look. I often see her wearing the jacket around the house since it's so comfy.
