Crowbars: Old Faithful
5 5

I've had a couple pairs of crowbars and all I can say is that they're an all around solid goggle. Theres a good amount of customization so you can trick them out and swapping the lenses is a breeze after a few times. I've got mine with the Fire Iridium and G30 Iridium lenses depending on conditions.

Can anyone compare the fit of this versus the fit of the Down Sweater Hoody? I'm going to be wearing this on its own most of the time as a everyday winter jacket at college (to and from class on windy days). I'm not looking for a super tight athletic fit, preferably something with a little more wiggle room but not boxy. Oh, and I'm 6'1 and 160lbs, size 32 waist. Thanks in advance!

Not so sure about these poles...
2 5

Well I bought these poles in the 130cm size and just got back from using them for 2 days at Killington. The poles are very light, flexible, and very strong. I'm not so sure if I like the strap yet, as it is sometimes a fuss to get your hands in and out. I bought these poles thinking that the Kevlar wrapped lower would be extremely durable, but after a few runs there was a very noticeable cut in the Kevlar all the way down to the carbon. And on top of that, the baskets must have fallen off of these poles 3-4 times in ONE DAY. I screwed them on as tight as I could every time and still they fell off. I'm thinking maybe a little Loc-tite on the screws will help, but that was not what I was expecting when paying a good deal of money for a set of poles. Overall verdict: look elsewhere, perhaps at some Scott or Leki cabon poles.
