I need help sizing from an experienced person. I don't have a local place where i can go try them on so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. Ive already got some stiff, comfy trad shoes for edging and tight downturned shoes for roofs so i just need an easy on/off work horse shoe that i can use for chill sport climbing and finger cracks/smearing. How much should i downsize?

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size

This shoe is top of the line and worth the money, unfortunately it didn't fit my foot well. The toe box was too narrow for my foot even though i sized them properly. It was great for hard sport routes but foot injury wasn't worth the send and i ended up getting the futuras. (which are amazing by the way) If you buy these shoes, try them on first. Do not expect them to cuddle your feet, but dont ignore the pressure points either. As with any tightly fitting shoe, pain is to be expected, but injury is not acceptable.

I took it on the Jonh Muir Trail and it performed well other than the zipper. I am astounded that such a great company would apply such a bad zipper design to such a good bag. The black piece of insulating material that lines the zipper gets caught almost every time i zip and unzip. I resorted to worming my way in and out of the thing every morning and evening. The hood and neck tighteners work well once you get to know how they operate. Im six feet tall and the long version fit me well. I was uncomfortable under 32 degrees.

Lightweight and collapsable but solid and sturdy. The engineering of these poles is innovative and the construction is even better. After being collapsed, they fit well into my backpack which is convenient for traveling and storage. My only complaints are that the foam handles could be more durable and the wrist straps are flimsy. Also, for some reason, the wrist straps were upside down upon arrival so i had to flip them around. The rubber tips lasted about 200 miles until they wore through to their metal cores. I am yet to use the carbide tips that they came with.

This tents performance is outstanding. I took it on my first long backpacking trip through the sierras of California and was very impressed. It kept me completely dry through two downpours and even without a footprint, the bottom stayed watertight. i would recommend buying a footprint to increase the life of the floor. Also, its nice to have another layer between you and the ground while rolling up your sleeping pad and stuffing your bag. the rainfly is a little bulky but the tent is overall light and compact. I am 6' tall and never had space issues. The vestibule is convenient cooking (especially when its raining), and for putting your shoes and backpack in if you don't want to sleep next to them. i got a lot of compliments on it and i was always able to set up and take it down just as fast, if not faster than everybody else.

I'm 6' and 140 lb. so I'm very skinny for my height but the medium fits well. I use it regularly and i love how resistant it is to water. Rain seems to just bounce off which is essential for backpacking, especially if you are too lazy to take your poncho out for a light sprinkle. I bought it on sale, but i think its slightly overpriced.

I have a size 30" waist. the small fits perfectly and the medium fits the waist well but is loose everywhere else. The odor resistance of these underwear is unbelievable. I first used them to hike the 220 mile John Muir Trail in California and i only took two pairs. Not once did i smell any odors from down below even though i only washed them twice. during the entire trip. i regularly go 2-4 days without showering or changing them and never have problems. I also ran a marathon in them and they performed perfectly. they are expensive but they do exactly what they should do.
