Familiarity: I've used it several times

Osprey hits a home run with this commuter pack: air mesh ventilated back panel, rain cover, key extender, stretchy harness for great movement on a bike, perfect pockets and my favorite - a "kickstand" to keep your pack up right when you set it on the ground.

If you are a commuter, look no further than this or the bigger brother, the Radial 34!

I saw the other review and needed to share my experience with this jacket. Yes, I am the rep, but when something is so good and gets a poor review, I do like to be sure to share my experience if I love it.

The Placid Jacket has such a cool bomber styling to it, with rib cuffs and hem, and a detachable hood. I love love love the zippers - they give it a casual styling and work well. The leather hits on the jacket add to that lifestyle feel, and the jacket is executed very well. The quality is 100%, and if thee was any problem, OR would be sure to take care of me. But having worn this jacket every week of the winter for 2 winters now, I have had ZERO problems.

The only thing about this jacket is that I wish it came in more colors. But overall, OR has done an excellent job with this jacket.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I gave the Ozone 35L Pack to my friend, and she cannot stop talking about it! It's the perfect size for a weekend to carry her clothing and even computer. It swallows it all! We organized and comfortable, the Ozone 35L is a great purchase for that traveler who likes an efficient and easy carry pack as their luggage.

I was trying to figure out what to take for a 12 day trip to Europe. I knew I wanted my computer, but I also wanted wheels I could carry as well. The Ozone Convertible did it all!

Wheeling over rough terrain was a breeze with the High Road LT chassis, but when I had to do 87 stairs to get to our Air BnB in Florence, the "wear-ability" of this pack was essential. Also, the detachable daypack was perfect with a laptop sleeve, and lots of organization. Great also for grabbing some food from the market and a bottle of wine!

What's great is if I know I just want it for a trip where I will not need to "wear" it, I can just remove the harness and hipbelt system from the back and gain more storage. Brilliant.

Highly, highly recommended. Don't let the fact that I am the rep let you think for a second this is BS... Get it for yourself and see! You will love it!

I often go on business trips and find myself with far too much space in a normal 22" carry on. The 18" Ozone from Osprey does the trick perfectly with my stuff for 1-2 nights away from home. Great pocketing and straps, while also offering a clean aesthetic... That's what Osprey does so, so well. On top of that, it is only 4 pounds! So great!
