Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I previously had a Marmot PreCip and was not very impressed. However, the quality of the Super Cell was just what I was looking for. The GoreTex can withstand a downpour! Also, I like the fact that there aren't any internal pockets. It keeps the jacket extremely lightweight and has a very good looking, slim, athletic fit!

The Better Sweater is amazing!
If I'm looking for a warm sweater with a bit of class, this is definitely my go to. I love the brightness of patagonia's colors - I definitely get plenty of compliments on this guy. If you are in between sizes, I'd go with the smaller size (I have a Medium Patagonia R1, but a small better sweater and small super cell jacket)

Great watch! The style is awesome (definitely different from most other watches out there) and it has held up well to water usage.
The only drawback is the watch "beeps" every time a button gets pushed (such as checking the date), which can be a bit of a distraction while sitting in class.

What is a better multi-day pack? The Osprey Talon 44, or the Osprey Kestrel 38? I'm planning on backpacking through Europe and Asia next year, and I was looking for a pack to do the job. Since I'm planning on packing the bare-necessities, I simply need a great, light-weight backpack to last me for the year. Do you think one would be better than the other? (or other packs besides these two that may better suit my needs)
