I had worn Baggies for years but the cut on the new shorts isn't the same as it used to be. These feel tight along the legs and in the seat. I wear a medium and the waist is is still loose but the seat and legs still pull tight when I squat or sit down.

I still really like many features about the Baggies - the mesh pockets, the liner, and the fabric. Can anyone recommend a similar pair of shorts that might fit a bit better? I did try the Stretch Baggies; their fit is even more narrow and the stretch doesn't help enough.

I have had mine for a year or so and I have a hard time wearing it. It is just too warm for most conditions. If I do any sort of movement, I warm up and I just roast in this thing.

For those of you that are happy with your Monkey Man, can you tell me where you are from and under what conditions you normally wear this jacket?

Thanks for your help!

I was hoping someone could help me with sizing. I am 5-11, 180 pounds. Marmot's website - based on weight and height - puts me in a Large. My chest measures 39 on the skin and 40-ish in a t-shirt; I usually wear size 33 or 34 pants.

Can anyone recommend a size?? I have never worn Marmot before. I usually wear a Large in Mountain Hardwear or medium in North Face (though I couldn't get ANY Apex Bionics to fit properly). Help?

I am a little mixed up about sizing these shoes.

I wear a 44 in Vibram Five Finger Bikila, a 12.5d in Nike Pegasus (13.0d in Brooks Cascadia...), and I measure an 11.5d (actually just slightly longer than 11.5d) on a Brannock Machine. My bare foot is 11.25 inches long (without socks). Can anyone help me figure out what size I should get?

Considering purchasing this jacket as well as Mountain Hardwear Tech Fleece. Will this TNF Apex Bionic breathe better than the windstopper fleece? Is this jacket made for casual wear or can it stand up to some abuse?

I was thinking of buying this jacket in black - will the color fade?

Last question - I am 5'11" and 175-180 lbs (depending on how much water I feel like retaining). Which size?
