Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs small

I love all things Norrona so I was very excited for this jacket. It fit well - although it does fit a tad smaller than the guidelines (I'm 5'9, 140 and bought a medium and it fit fine for a tshirt underneath).
I was disappointed when the zipper pull came off after just 4 hours of wear in an office environment! It is just a zipper pull but the jacket looks unfinished without it.. and it's difficult to quickly zip up. I'm returning it because of this. For the cost of the jacket, all parts should be robust for long term wear.

The previous reviewer nailed it when they said it feels like you're not even wearing them once you have them on. I got lucky nabbing the black with black zip, I am not such a fan of the black with white zip that BC is offering now. I've worn my pants on regular rotation for over a year and they still look brand new. I'm 5'9 and 135lbs and the 8 fit well but I prob could have sized down to a 6.

I bought these to zip into the Roldal jacket and I was not disappointed. These things can take anything that nature can throw at them (and in hot pink you can still stand out in a snow storm!). I bought a large and they fit well (a bit bigger for boarding)- I'm 5'9 and 135lbs. Probably could have got away with the medium for a different look but I didn't want to chance a 'short-pants' look.

I'm a fan of this shirt for kayaking, hiking, running, just chillin'. I have the grey in a medium and it fits well for my 35-29-39 tall, flat-chested frame. The straps are the best (visual) feature on this shirt. The only reason it doesn't get full stars is that my heart belongs to all things merino and gortex (synthetics are on my B team).
