I like this pack a lot, it has everything you need but is slightly cumbersome in that there are a lot of straps on it and its kind of "busy". It doesn't hold a ton of gear so I couldn't see using it as anything but a day pack. Skis strap on nicely though and it has great pockets. The biggest negative I have of the pack is the fleece lined glasses/goggle pocket is also the helmet retention web pocket. So if you have a helmet strapped on the pocket isn't 100% secure. Besides that its a good pack and comfortable.
What makes this belt is the buckle. It's teeth grab hard into the nylon and ensure that the belt won't come loose as you ride or ski. Also since its a web belt there is infinite adjustment, which is nice. I have a 38" waist and there is plenty of extra belt to spare so this will fit a pretty wide range of people.
These glasses are sweet because they are comfortable to wear all day, offer a variety of lenses and block the wind fairly well. As a kit, they have the soft case with space for extra lenses so you can have a lens for any light condition. They wrap well without causing any hot spots from pinching, and the rubber contact points make sure they don't slip.
These are by far the best ski and snowboard socks I've ever had. Love these things! They keep your feet nice and dry and have the added benefit of natural forward lean, which is sweet because I never get that annoying bunching up of the sock around the front of my ankle. If you run cold you may not like these as much because they aren't the warmest sock around. I run hot so they work well for me.
Side note: these socks go almost to my knee which I like a lot. I have big calves and the sock goes over them snugly but not uncomfortably.
Nice binding. Easy adjust, clean release, not heavy and they don't hold onto snow after your ski has been buried. I think Marker makes the best bindings out there. Definitely recommend this binding!
These are solid bindings, the DIN is easy to adjust and they release cleanly when you need them to release. I really like these bindings. Also as a side benefit they don't seem to hold on to snow in little nooks and crannies for when you have un-buried your skis.
Great carabiner, does what you need it to do!
The design is really cool, I dig the look and the feel of the pill. It comes in a neat pill shaped, semi-rigid case with a carabiner so toting it around is easy. The sound quality is good with nice highs but the lows are lacking. Controls are simple enough but if you pair multiple Bluetooth products with it, getting the right one synced up can be tough. Also, the battery life isn't great and the case doesn't have a place for the charging cord and block. So it's good but not great.
Solid bottle, keeps drinks moderately cold but not crazy cold. Best feature is the nozzle which turns to lock open or closed.
I got this bag because I hate checking luggage when I don't have to. It fits perfectly into an overhead bin while still holding a lot of stuff. I took this to Europe for a week and a half and had enough room for everything I needed. In addition to the large main compartment the smaller compartments are well thought out and hold smaller separate items well and keep them easily accessible.
I got a pair of these on a recommendation from a buddy. I'm now on my 4th pair and I will buy a 5th, I used these in a marathon and they have just been a great shoe. I'm a big dude at 250 lbs and have thrashed these shoes pretty hard, but they are well put together and last through a lot of abuse.
I really like these sunglasses, I got them because I have a pretty big head and needed something that would fit. They are more durable than I would have thought as I have dropped them a bunch and the lenses aren't scratched or cracked. Good glasses.
They're warm and great for cold days while still giving you dexterity! The fact that the liner is removable is nice too, makes them easy to dry. I really recommend these gloves, however the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the leather does get cut fairly easily so be careful when carrying skis (also if you're OCD the white leather won't stay white for long). These gloves are well thought out and have lots of nifty features.
This is a pretty sweet beanie, its warm and comfy.
These things are unbelievable, get them now. The lens changing system is super easy to use and gives you a options as light conditions very. Plus, Oakley has a HUGE lens selection so you can go nuts. I have the high intensity yellows for storm days and the fire and emerald iridium lenses for sunny days, these are the best lenses in my opinion. The foam on these goggles is also pretty great, they stay comfy on your face all day and even if you're sweating like crazy they aren't too bad.
This is by far the most comfortable ski helmet that I've owned. I would recommend it to anyone, it's lightweight and comfy. The vent controls and the adjustment wheel work well and are easy to use with gloves on. The helmets brim feature matches up pretty well with any goggle, and its pretty warm. I run kinda hot but I don't have to use anything but the helmet unless it gets into the teens.
Love this ski and can't say enough good stuff about it. It handles everything you can throw at it and keeps you smiling. I took it on a trip down to Chile where we had varied conditions and it ate it all up, powder, crud, bumps. Definitely recommend this ski!
This ski has been a great powder ski for me, has tons of float and it's super fun. It's most at home in powder but also works very well in chunky conditions, the ski is also stable on groomers. These things love to go fast and make big turns!
This beacon is awesome and met all expectations. Its super easy to use and has large controls that don't require fine motor function, which I think is a major plus. Also its comfy to wear.
